    Ice cream set missing piece

    I sent an email asking about getting a spare part for my son's ice cream set, and the customer service response I received was pretty sarcastic. They basically said they couldn't just magically replace lost toys. I was disappointed with their lack of empathy and unhelpfulness, especially when other toy companies are more accommodating. Definitely not feeling the Christmas cheer from this company!

    Fold & Go barn

    I recently bought the Fold & Go barn and I gotta tell you, I am so disappointed with the quality. The wood is splintering all over, the paint is chipped, and it looks terrible overall. It even had paint finger marks on the handle, which shouldn't be there. I tried contacting them on Facebook, but they were so rude and said they couldn't ship it. How did I even get it then if they don't ship to Australia? I'm for sure not buying from them again.

    Dolls for grandchildren

    I bought two dolls for my grandkids but didn't like them when I got them. I returned them right away, thinking I'd get my money back quickly. But it's been more than a month and still no refund. I've called customer service multiple times, and they keep saying I need to wait 30 days for processing. This wait and lack of clear communication is not okay and has made me really unhappy with the service.

    I just bought a wooden puzzle from this company and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the customer service. When I opened the puzzle, I realized that some pieces were missing. It's frustrating because it's not cool to sell something that's not all there. I got in touch with customer service to ask for new pieces, but they said they couldn't help me out. Other toy companies I've dealt with before have always been cool about sending spare parts without any hassle. Now my daughter's bummed out because she doesn't have the whole set like it shows on the box.

    Puzzle and Craft Kit

    So, I bought this puzzle and craft kit for my niece's birthday, right? I thought it would be awesome because not only would it keep her entertained but it would also get her thinking and being creative. But, yikes, the whole ordering process was a mess. I got an email saying the item was in stock and would be shipped soon, but then nothing happened for days. When I finally contacted customer service, they just gave me excuses and said the item was on backorder with no idea when it would come in. Not cool at all, you know? Communication and transparency are key, especially for important stuff like birthdays. I'm super disappointed in how my order was handled and the customer service experience overall.

    I bought a wooden toy from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, the quality was pretty disappointing. The paint on the toy started coming off super easily with just a wipe down using water and a paper towel. I was worried about the safety of the paint, so I contacted their customer service. They asked for some photos, but then never got back to me. The return process was a pain too - I had to mail the toy back to their warehouse and include a "return number" on a piece of paper. All in all, it was a frustrating experience and the product quality was definitely not up to par.

    I am so frustrated with the customer service I got when I tried to return some items. I bought two wooden toys for my son's first birthday, but then he got the same ones as a gift from someone else. When I tried to return them, I had to go through this whole process with an authorization number and had to pay for the return shipping, which was a big chunk of what I paid for the toys in the first place. I sent them back over a month ago, but I haven't heard anything about whether they got the return or when I can expect my money back. I had to contact customer service multiple times, but all I got was vague answers that didn't help at all. It's been super frustrating and makes me wish I had just kept the extra toys and given them away.

    Fishing game purchase for Christmas

    The fishing game we bought for our daughter at Christmas was kind of disappointing. The actual product looked nothing like the picture and ad. The string was too short, even our two-year-old couldn't play comfortably with it, even though the kids in the ad looked much older. Also, the spinning wheel had an extra number that wasn't advertised, so they must have changed the design without updating their ads. We didn't get what we expected, and it wasn't for the better. I tried emailing them to talk about these issues, but got no response, which really sucked. The fact that they don't communicate well or listen to customer feedback is a big problem for this brand.
