Power bank
Yeah, this power bank is amazing! It's really cool and the design is awesome. The quality is top-notch and it looks so sleek. But honestly, why didn't they include a charger? It would have been much better if they recommended the best charger to use or other options like a car charger or solar panel.
6-Port USB Desktop Charging Station
I bought a 6-port USB desktop charging station back in 2015 and it's been working great ever since. The quality of the product is top-notch, as it's still going strong after over three years with no problems. I'm really impressed by how reliable and durable this charging station is - it's definitely gone above and beyond what I expected. If I ever need another charging station down the line, I'll for sure be looking at getting one from the same brand again.
Power bank and power supply
I recently bought a power bank and power supply from this brand and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The power bank is super powerful and can easily run my notebook. I also love the fact that even after months of use, all the LEDs still work perfectly to show the charge status. The size is great too, easy to carry around. The power supply is also amazing, super efficient and can charge anything from a MacBook to iPhones and other power banks. The only drawback is that it's not available at big online stores right now, but you can still find it on places like eBay. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these products to others.
Portable Charger Purchase
I recently bought a portable charger from this company and ran into some issues with it. But I gotta say, I was impressed with how the company backed up its product and warranty. They got the problem fixed in just a few days, which was great. They kept me in the loop with frequent updates throughout the whole process, which I found really helpful. The only things that bugged me were that the customer service response at first seemed too generic and didn't really address the details I mentioned in my first email. And I wasn't thrilled about having to provide a video for the warranty claim, but I get why they needed it.
Portable charger
I've been using portable chargers for years now, and I always have good luck with this brand. Recently, I made the mistake of putting a small bottle with liquid in the same pocket as my portable charger that I've had for 4 years, and now it doesn't work. Lesson learned on my end. Despite this mishap, I always find this portable charger to be a great product, the best actually. So, I decided to order the newest version and it was money well spent.
USB charger
I bought a USB charger and it works really well, but I wasn't too pleased with the sneaky extra charges they tried to add on. They wanted me to pay almost a dollar extra just to ensure delivery, and even asked for tips! Seriously, are they trying to act like fancy restaurant servers or something? Not cool at all, man.
Power bank warranty claim
After 2 years and 2 months of using my power bank, I ran into a problem and had to contact the warranty department. The person I spoke to, Nicole, was really helpful and even gave me a partial refund because of the issue and how long I've had it. I was really impressed with how quickly she answered and how well she communicated during the whole thing. Dealing with customer service can sometimes be a pain, but Nicole made it easy and nice. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I'd definitely suggest their customer service to others.
Website usability
I really liked how easy it was to navigate the website. The graphics looked amazing, and everything was easy to understand. The prices were really good compared to other sites I checked out. Buying stuff was a breeze and it made me trust the products even more. My whole time on the site was awesome.
