Returns & RefundsThat's ridiculous! I bought some new batteries and a charger for my Sony camera on Amazon, but they were actually sold by that company. After just 14 months, the batteries don't hold a charge anymore. When I contacted customer service about their so-called 18-month warranty, they wouldn't help me cause they're not selling on Amazon anymore. It's a total joke! Stay away from their low-quality stuff.
