I just bought a book from this online store and I was kinda bummed with how it looked when it got to me. It was supposed to be in "very good" condition, but the cover was pretty beat up, more like what I would call "acceptable". I buy books from them a lot, so I expect better quality. This time, it was a bit disappointing for me.

Now I'm skeptical about anything else this company makes and will avoid it in the future, and I'll tell others to do the same.
