    Headset customization nightmare

    I had a terrible time trying to fix my headset settings with the software. G Hub kept cutting off my mic on chat programs, making it super frustrating to talk to people. At first, I thought Discord was the problem, but then I realized it was actually this badly made program. It's crazy how something supposed to make my headset better actually made it worse. The software is a total disaster, and it's obvious they didn't put much effort into making it work well. Now I'm skeptical about anything else this company makes and will avoid it in the future, and I'll tell others to do the same.

The design, how it performs, and all the options you can customize make it the best mouse I've ever had. The build is seriously top-notch and the precision is like nothing else. I tried going back to my old SteelSeries mouse after using the Logitech G, and there's just no comparison. I'm all about Logitech G now and I'll definitely keep choosing their stuff for my gaming gear.

    Gaming mouse

    I recently bought a gaming mouse from your company, but had a big problem with the shipping address. When I placed my order, I saw that the shipping address wasn't the one I entered. I called customer service right away, but they said they couldn't fix it. I was really disappointed with how they didn't handle my request urgently and efficiently. It's worrying that there's no system to quickly fix mistakes in orders, especially when we catch them right away.

I've tried to contact support three times already and they keep saying they'll send the label within 24 hours, but I still haven't gotten it. The lack of communication and the long wait has made me really unhappy with the service I'm getting.

    I just bought a racing wheel from the website and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking to ship.     Racing wheel purchase

    I just bought a racing wheel and I gotta say, I'm really not impressed with it. The force feedback is way too weak, and dealing with the software and firmware updates has been a total pain. Overall, my experience with this company has been pretty bad, just like it was with other brands like Thrustmaster and Fanatec.

    Wireless Gaming Mouse

    The service at this store is terrible, eh? It took them a whole two weeks just to send out my order, which is not cool at all. I get that things might be slow because of the pandemic, but there's no reason for them to be so lazy when it comes to handling a basic in-stock item.     My G600 mouse didn't last very long, had to replace it three times because of the same issue. The software and profile sharing are great though. It's frustrating that they stopped making the G13 without a newer version.

I ordered a new mouse from them about two weeks ago and they promised it would arrive quickly, but it still hasn't shown up. They keep saying they'll follow up with me, but they never do.     Delayed mouse purchase

    They never give any updates on products that are delayed. I was waiting for the priciest mouse out there, and it was supposed to arrive in December. But Christmas has already come and gone, and I have no time left to play games. Some folks are saying it won't come until February, but there's no official word on that anywhere. My advice is to just go with another company if you can.

Kept being told to wait for emails that never showed up, making everything take way longer than it should.     Faulty Pro keyboard warranty issue

    I bought a Pro keyboard from the company's online store in Europe, but later found out that the warranty doesn't cover products purchased from their European store. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement product shipped to my country (Nordics/EU), but they refused because their online store is in Ireland and they only help customers there. I was really disappointed and frustrated by this lack of clarity in their warranty policy, especially since their online store was in my language and didn't mention this restriction. Their idea of giving an Irish address for a replacement felt like adding insult to injury.
