Logitech G - Reviews and experiences

I had a really bad time trying to return my headset through the returns portal. I've done returns before with other stores and it usually goes smoothly and quick. But this time, I've been waiting almost two weeks for the return label from customer service. It's taking way too long and it's messing up my whole shopping experience. I've tried to contact support three times already and they keep saying they'll send the label within 24 hours, but I still haven't gotten it. The lack of communication and the long wait has made me really unhappy with the service I'm getting.

You know what, you really gotta step it up. I bought a gaming mouse from you and it's been a total nightmare. The lack of communication, not being able to give me a return label, and just overall lousy service is not cool. I mean, your products are great, but it doesn't really matter if the customer service sucks, right?

I bought a Pro keyboard from the company's online store in Europe, but later found out that the warranty doesn't cover products purchased from their European store. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement product shipped to my country (Nordics/EU), but they refused because their online store is in Ireland and they only help customers there. I was really disappointed and frustrated by this lack of clarity in their warranty policy, especially since their online store was in my language and didn't mention this restriction. Their idea of giving an Irish address for a replacement felt like adding insult to injury.
