Osmo Coding Bundle purchase
I just bought the coding bundle for my 8-year-old son who has autism. It's been tough finding things he really enjoys, but this game has been a game-changer. I wasn't sure if he would understand it at first, but he picked it up so fast. The hands-on components have been great for keeping his focus and honing his motor skills. He's obsessed with the game and is so into it that I can see him pursuing a career in coding and programming down the road.
Math wizard game
I really enjoy the new math wizard game! It's so much fun and really gets my brain going. I love trying to solve all the problems. It's perfect for families to play together, or for kids to enjoy on their own. I'm excited to check out the other games they offer. I definitely recommend getting these cool learning activities for your home!
Got my game console
So, eh, I got my game console from this place and it was super cool, eh. I played all my favorite games on it and it was like, the best thing ever! I totally recommend it to all my friends, ya know?
Educational tool for children
I recently bought this amazing educational tool for kids and let me tell you, it's really been a game-changer for my little one's learning journey. My 5-year-old son has always loved being homeschooled but he had some trouble with language arts and drawing. But ever since we started using this tool a few months ago, he's improved so much. He's starting to write his letters, getting into reading, and his creativity has just soared. He loves playing the math games and he's doing so well at them. Plus, he's really into the ABC's, Squiggle Magic, and Costume Party. It warms my heart to see him so excited about learning, especially in areas where he used to struggle.
iPad accessory purchase
I just bought an accessory for my daughter's iPad online, but when I got it, I realized the reflector didn't work with the device. I followed the website instructions to ask for a replacement, and they said it would be free because of a known problem. But even though they replied quickly, the replacement never came. After waiting for three weeks, they told me they only offer replacements in the USA, not the UK. This whole thing really let me down, and the reviews I saw online shared the same feelings.
Case for my device
I ordered a case for my phone three months ago and I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. Every time I ask about the status, they give me the runaround and try to get me to cancel my order so they don't have to honor their discount code. It's been really frustrating and disappointing shopping with them.
Interactive educational toy
The interactive educational toy I bought for my kids is pretty cool. It's different from the regular apps they're used to - you can actually touch and move stuff around with it. The hands-on aspect really keeps them interested. But after a while, they get bored because there's not enough variety or new stuff to do. They finish all the programs and then they're over it. I thought it would last longer for the price I paid. I might get another game if it's on sale, but otherwise, I'm not sure.
Stick hoover purchase
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought that stick vacuum. It's totally useless and nobody is getting back to me about returning it. Plus, it took forever to get here from China, and now I feel like I got ripped off.
Speed camera radar detector
I bought a speed camera radar detector from this company not long ago and to be honest, I was really let down by it. The website said it was top-rated on review sites, but when I got it, I realized it was just a cheap knock-off from China being sold at a high price. Not only was it overpriced, but it didn't even work right. It kept beeping for no reason, even when there was nothing there, so I couldn't use it like I wanted to. I felt like I got ripped off and I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Colour blind glasses
The color blind glasses I bought were such a rip-off. They didn't do a thing for my color blindness. It was like flushing $200 down the toilet. The quality was so bad and I felt totally tricked by the company. I'd tell anyone thinking about getting these glasses to steer clear and save their cash.
Expensive game
Oh my gosh, it's so frustrating! I bought this pricey game and never got any confirmation email, tracking number, or the game. I needed it for my trip and now I'm freaking out. I tried calling customer service but can never get through because the line is always busy!
Cordless vacuum purchase
I bought a cordless vacuum, but got sent a corded one. When I contacted customer service about it, they argued and said the corded vacuum was better. They even wanted me to pay for returning the wrong product. I was really upset and annoyed by this whole situation.
Educational games for child
I just got some educational games for my 6-year-old and they're awesome for his learning. But, I'm getting way too many marketing emails every day. I've unsubscribed a bunch of times, but they just keep coming and it's really annoying. I hope the company listens to this feedback and cuts back on the emails to respect what customers want.
Stick vacuum
So, I bought this stick vacuum and it turned out to be a total dud. It's basically a piece of junk that doesn't do its job properly. I was really looking forward to using it but it ended up being a complete waste of money, you know? And when I tried to get a refund, their customer service team just stopped responding. What a joke, eh?
Interactive learning games for children
I bought some interactive learning games for my kid not too long ago, but I gotta say, it's been a bit of a letdown. At first, the games were fun and kept my child engaged, so we got some more to make learning even better. But then, all the games we got just stopped working. I spent months trying to get help from customer support, but nothing fixed the problem. Even the simple letter and number games that came with the set stopped working, which was a bummer for my 6-year-old and me.
Language translation errors
The product has a great concept, but the way it was done is not so good because of the bad French translations and other mistakes that make it not as good overall. The price is too high for what you get, and having those language errors is not right. Also, having to log in every time to update each app on the Osmo World platform takes too much time. It would be better for the company to work on making the current apps better instead of always making new ones that make parents buy more stuff.
Delayed delivery
I can't believe how incompetent this company is. I ordered something a month ago and it still hasn't shown up. I tried emailing them but of course, no reply! My daughter's birthday passed without the gift I ordered arriving. Will it even come before Christmas? Who knows, they only seem to be good at sending annoying newsletters.
Vacuum cleaner purchase
I recently bought a vacuum cleaner from this company and honestly, it was a total nightmare from beginning to end. The vacuum itself was basically a kid's toy and to top it off, there was no delivery slip in the box. When I tried to reach out to customer service, it was a total pain and so frustrating. They wanted proof that I had sent the product back, which I thought was totally unfair. In my opinion, they should include all the paperwork needed with their products to make returns easier for customers. Honestly, this has been the worst company I've ever dealt with and I'd advise others to think twice before using their services.
Educational and engaging Osmo games for kids
The Osmo Little Genius Starter Kit + Early Math Adventure has really made a difference in my daughter's learning and development. We also got her a couple of Design Studio games to help bring out her creativity. Osmo has made learning enjoyable for her, and as a parent, it's reassuring to know she's learning while having fun on screens.
Interactive learning games
I chose this really cool learning game over the others because you can use markers and stuff on your tablet which is way more fun than just staring at a screen. The math games are awesome, but the reading ones are kinda meh. I wish there were more science games though!
