Family account purchase
The customer service at this company is amazing, eh! In a world where customer support is usually pretty blah, these folks really go the extra mile to help out their customers. I was having some issues setting up my family account, and Tommy was so patient and knowledgeable guiding me through it all. The product itself is awesome, but the support team really takes it to the next level. Seriously, I highly recommend them! And this isn't some paid review, they are honestly just that fantastic.

Late delivery Christmas gift
I ordered a Christmas gift back in November, and I paid extra for speedy delivery, eh. But, lo and behold, it's now January and the dang thing still hasn't shown up! I reached out to customer service two weeks before Christmas, and they insisted that the courier had dropped it off already, but they were dead wrong. Now, the tracking says it's chilling at the 7th hub of some partner. I've sent heaps of emails, but the customer service team has gone silent on me, eh. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this company, or at least do some serious checking of the reviews before pulling the trigger on a purchase.

Bought a cool outfit
The clothes were so cool and stylish, but man, their customer service sucks. I wanted to return something and all they gave me was a promo code - couldn't even get a credit note! It sucked even more 'cause I couldn't use the code on sale stuff. And don't even get me started on their online customer service - takes forever to reply and they never pick up the phone. So annoying! I'd rather go to the store in person, but it's not always convenient. Love the clothes, but hate the service.

Blu-ray software purchase
I just bought some Blu-ray software from Cyberlink and I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with how it turned out. The dang thing made my pictures all squished and blurry, so now my Blu-rays are basically unwatchable. And to top it off, I also got another program from Cyberlink that ended up being useless since it didn't work with the first product. I feel like I got ripped off and wasted a hundred bucks for nothin'. It's a real letdown and now I wish I never trusted this company.
