    Unikko bedspread order

    I just received my Unikko bedspread from Marimekko, and I gotta say I was pretty let down by how it was packaged. Even though I've never had any problems with their delivery times or the quality of their stuff, the way it was wrapped up was not great. It was just put in a plain grey plastic bag with no Marimekko logo or anything to show it was from them. That's not what I expected from a brand known for their awesome designs and attention to detail.

    I think it's important as a customer to have a good overall experience when you get a new product, and that includes how it's presented and packaged. I was really hoping for more from my order, and I think Marimekko should make sure all their packaging is up to par so that everyone gets that same awesome experience, no matter where they're ordering from.

    Excellent customer service

    My time at the store was amazing! I went online to request something and got a call back super quick, just a couple hours later, letting me know they had what I wanted in stock. The staff was so nice and helpful the whole time. I paid over the phone with my credit card and the next day my item was at my door. The packaging was perfect and there was even a handwritten note with my purchase. The little extra effort they put in really made this store stand out. I can't say enough good things about them.

    I recently ordered some things online and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty upset with the service. It's been two weeks now and my order still hasn't been shipped. The responses from customer service are just not cutting it - they're generic and not helpful at all, just giving me excuses and saying thanks for my patience. Sorry, but that's just not gonna fly. Companies need to step up and realize that they need enough staff and resources to handle online sales. If they're gonna close down physical stores and focus on e-commerce, they better have the right folks in place to follow through on their promises. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my recent experience.

    I've been a faithful customer for a while now, but I gotta say I'm really not impressed with the dress I bought recently. This is the fifth time I've had issues with the clothes being cut wrong. Like, come on, is it that hard to get the measurements right? The brand is supposed to be all about high quality, but these constant mistakes in the cutting process are making me question that. It's annoying to shell out my hard-earned money on clothes that don't even fit right. My advice to anyone looking to buy something is to bring a tape measure with you to make sure you're not getting duped by the inaccuracies.

    I just bought a birthday present online, and I was really let down by the whole thing. They said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days, but it didn't even ship until 6 days later.     Dress purchase for refund

    I recently bought a dress online but it didn't fit, so I wanted to return it for my money back. I did everything they said to do, contacted customer service, but it's been over two weeks since I sent it back and I still haven't heard anything. I've tried emailing, calling, even hitting them up on Twitter and Instagram, but nothing. It's really disappointing and unprofessional how they're not getting back to me. The dress wasn't great quality either, and now I'm starting to wonder if anyone's actually working when they should be. Dealing with this lack of response is frustrating, and I'm not sure if I'll ever get my refund now.

    The clothes were so cool and stylish, but man, their customer service sucks. I wanted to return something and all they gave me was a promo code - couldn't even get a credit note! It sucked even more 'cause I couldn't use the code on sale stuff. And don't even get me started on their online customer service - takes forever to reply and they never pick up the phone. So annoying! I'd rather go to the store in person, but it's not always convenient. Love the clothes, but hate the service.

    Online purchase from outlet store

    I recently made a purchase from your online outlet store and it was a total disaster. I placed my order four days ago and paid with my credit card, only to later find out that the items were going to be shipped from China. This was never mentioned to me when I was placing the order. To top it off, the amount shown on my bank account was higher than what I originally paid, and it was listed as BB-AIMPUZZLE HONG KONG. The tracking site provided in the email from your company still says "ORDER NOT FOUND" even after four days. So, I had to cancel my credit card because I was worried about possible fraud. This whole experience made me feel like I was being scammed, especially after reading bad reviews on your Facebook page. I'll honestly be shocked if the items actually arrive, and if they do, I might change my review.
