I went to the store the other day to get some outdoor gear and I was really impressed with the service I got. The folks at the checkout were super helpful and knew their stuff, especially this guy Luke who really went out of his way to make sure I knew everything I needed to about the stuff I was buying. He even helped me pick out the best options, like suggesting the Extreme range. Luke was a total pro and his knowledge made my shopping trip awesome. I would totally recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

I'm really upset about my recent online order. I waited two months for my stuff to come, and when I emailed customer service for help, they were slow and not useful. They gave me fake tracking numbers that didn't help at all. It's clear that this online store is sketchy, so I recommend not buying anything from them.
