I had a bad experience with that company recently. I couldn't change or cancel a reservation I made for a visiting instructor, even though my email said I could. The person I spoke to on the phone said it was confusing, and it seems like that's a common problem. It was really annoying dealing with a company that seemed shady.

The coat I bought was sooo cozy and warm, just what I needed for the winter, eh. The photos of the coat on the website were super detailed, and the description was spot on, ya know. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, eh! The service was awesome too, they were so nice and helpful, eh. I even got my coat delivered super fast, I was so impressed, eh. I'll definitely be shopping here again, for sure!

I recently ordered some things online and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty upset with the service. It's been two weeks now and my order still hasn't been shipped. The responses from customer service are just not cutting it - they're generic and not helpful at all, just giving me excuses and saying thanks for my patience. Sorry, but that's just not gonna fly. Companies need to step up and realize that they need enough staff and resources to handle online sales. If they're gonna close down physical stores and focus on e-commerce, they better have the right folks in place to follow through on their promises. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my recent experience.

OMG, this course was the absolute worst! The management was so bad, the materials were terrible, and the instructor seemed lost half the time. And technology issues? Don't even get me started - it was a complete nightmare trying to access anything for class! It felt like I was in the Hunger Games just trying to make it through each day of this course. Definitely didn't help with exams or getting a job. I had to take other courses just to actually learn something useful. Wish I had known what a disaster this course would be before I wasted my money on it.

I'm really looking forward to picking up my new backpack for my trip! I saw it online and it looks really nice. I love all the pockets and sections it has - great for keeping all my things in order. The colours are amazing too, I can't wait to show it to all my friends. I think it's gonna be the greatest backpack ever!

..read some reviews. decided not to! happy for trusting those negative reviews, this scumbags are calling now daily from multiple numbers in order to close the deal and make me pay for their service - although i'm rejecting the call they will call again and again (both uk and us phone numbers). this is totally unprofessional and annoying but thanks God for the "block contact" option.
