    Room reservation

    I'm never using this site again, eh. I called to just make a simple change to my reservation, but nope, they wouldn't budge with their no-change policy. And on top of that, they had this non-refundable policy too, eh. I goofed up my reservation less than 6 hours after booking it for a stay in 6 weeks, and they wouldn't give me a hand. So, I ended up booking another room through a different site, which was cheaper in Canadian dollars and didn't need any upfront payment. Take off, eh!

    Eh, my experience with this company was a big letdown. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel on their website, but turns out they went through Expedia and tacked on an extra fee of $67.50. The tax and fee estimates were way off, and they kept the extra money. And when I had to leave early because of an injury, they wouldn't refund the $300 I paid for the nights I didn't use. Not cool - their shady business practices are not okay.

    My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare, eh. I booked with them, thinking I was scoring a sweet deal, only to end up getting slammed with surprise fees that tacked on an extra $120 to the hotel price. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were no help at all, offering to cancel my reservation but not willing to give me my money back, eh. It was beyond frustrating and such a letdown, so you best believe I'll never be using their service again, that's for sure.

    Eh, don't get scammed by this company, buddy! They make you think you're getting a sweet deal, but really, they're just a bunch of sneaky crooks. I got stuck paying way more for my hotel room 'cause they snuck in USD charges instead of Canadian loonies. And don't even bother with their customer service, bunch of know-it-alls who know they're pulling a fast one.

    My experience booking a hotel through this service was a total letdown. I really should have checked out the reviews before I went ahead with the reservation. Long story short, I ended up booking a room at the wrong hotel and man, was it a headache right from the get-go. When I showed up at the wrong hotel, they were cool about it, but things quickly turned into a back-and-forth mess between the hotel and the booking service. They ended up telling me my reservation was non-refundable, even though I didn't even stay there and the hotel didn't charge me. The whole lack of communication and inability to fix things just left me feeling super annoyed and angry. Honestly, I'd steer clear of using this service again because their customer service stinks and they don't take responsibility for their own mistakes.

    Booking experience from Canada

    Eh, so I booked a hotel on this website and let me tell ya, it was a real letdown. They charged me in USD and didn't even make it clear, so I had no idea what the total cost was until the very end of the booking. I had to click around and maximize the page just to find the currency buried at the bottom. And let me tell ya, their customer service was no help at all. The lack of transparency with pricing is just not on, eh. I won't be using this platform again, that's for sure.

    Problem with currency exchange

    So, eh, I was trying to book something online, right? But then when I checked my credit card bill, it was all in American dollars, even though the prices on the website were in Canadian bucks. Turns out I got hit with a 38% markup 'cause of the exchange rate. Talked to customer service, and let me tell ya, they weren't much help at all. Wouldn't even own up to the error. Had to go ahead and cancel my booking, so now I'm out about 60 bucks and change. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh?

    I tried to book a hotel room, thinking I was booking straight from the hotel, only to figure out later that I got scammed and ended up with a room I didn't even want. When I asked the hotel for help, they told me I booked through a third-party site so they couldn't do anything. I called the company, but that just left me even more puzzled about who they were. To top it off, I got hit with extra charges and lost my room a day earlier than planned. I've traveled quite a bit in the past, but I've never dealt with such lousy customer service.

    I recently booked a hotel online, but I made a mistake using Reservations.com instead of booking directly through the hotel. When I checked my credit card statement, I found two charges - one for $183 for the room and another $19 charge I didn't recognize. When I got to the hotel, they didn't have my reservation so I had to pay them directly. I reached out to Reservations.com and they first said I booked for a different night, which wasn't true. After a lot of back and forth, they finally admitted they never made a reservation and said they would refund my money. Unfortunately, when they did the refund, they took back both the $183 and $19, claiming they had already given me my money back.
