AccommodationI booked this hotel on a website and it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had! The room was disgusting and stunk like old socks. The view from the window was just pigeons and gravel. I complained right away and checked in and out, but the website people kept giving me the runaround. They said they needed to confirm with the hotel the next day, but there was no manager available. I filed a big complaint but didn't get a refund or any assistance to resolve the issue. I definitely won't be using this website again.
