Coding subscription box
I recently bought a coding subscription box for my kiddo and gotta say, I'm super impressed with what's inside. The activities are fun, easy to follow, and really help improve my child's coding skills. The variety of projects keeps things exciting and my kiddo can't wait to get their box every month. Customer service was great too, quick to answer any questions I had. The only downside is the price is a bit steep compared to other boxes, but the quality of the projects makes it worth it for me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Bitsbox to any parent wanting to introduce their child to coding.

I just bought something online and when I saw how much the shipping cost was at checkout, I was pretty surprised. They didn't tell me beforehand and if I had known, I might not have bought it. The item itself is good, but they really need to be upfront about the costs at checkout.

I just found out that the company has been sneaking subscription renewal charges onto my credit card without even asking. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall with the customer service reps giving me the same canned responses. It honestly feels like I've been ripped off by this company.

However, I did receive a courteous email from Lea at the company, who informed me of the stock issue. She assured me that my credit card was not charged, and any pending charges would be cancelled. I appreciated the transparency and honesty in their communication.

Wedding guest book arrival
I bought a wedding guest sign in book for $300 and I was really pleased with how it looked when it arrived. But then I found an ink stain on one of the pages, and I was pretty bummed out about it. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to reply and promised to send a new book. I told them I needed it before the wedding, but unfortunately, it didn't show up until after the event. So we ended up using the messed up book at the wedding, which was a major letdown.

Hair volumizing shampoo and conditioner
So, I thought I'd try out this brand since I heard so much buzz about their stuff. And let me tell you, I was impressed! The shampoo and conditioner duo not only made my hair feel super clean and refreshed, but it also gave me some major volume and bounce that I've been missing for ages. I could notice the change right after the first wash, and my hair looked healthier and shinier than ever. Definitely worth it if you want to step up your hair game.

Large purchase of artificial plants
I recently splurged on some fake plants but ended up pretty disappointed. The first set of hanging baskets I got cost me over $500 and sadly faded super quick because they weren't meant for the outdoors. My bad for not checking that beforehand. Then, I spent over $600 on 6 hanging ferns, and they let me down too. The twine holding them up started coming apart on five out of the six ferns I bought. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they said I couldn't get a refund or replacements because it had been more than 30 days. They did give me back 25% of the cost, but it's still a bummer to see all that money go to waste on plants that fell apart in just 2 months. Now I'm not too keen on buying anything else from them.

Xbox gaming experience
Ya know what eh, so I just got myself an Xbox, eh? I was all pumped to go and play some Rainbow 6 Siege, but then I tried to play online and found out that there's this extra fee of at least 10 bucks a month to play online. They didn't even mention that before I bought it, so now I'm just super frustrated and can't even enjoy the game like I wanted to, ya know? It's just not right to not be upfront about those costs, and now I'm thinking about maybe switching over to a different console, eh.

Commuter bike purchase
I am really loving the commuter bike I got recently, it has made a huge difference for me. I had my eye on it for a while and it has surpassed all my expectations. The aluminum frame is super sturdy, the disc brakes give me peace of mind while cruising through the city, and the fenders have saved me from getting soaked in surprise rain. The belt drive and internal gearing make my rides so smooth and easy, with hardly any maintenance needed. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the helpful videos from the company. The front and rear racks fit like a glove and are perfect for carrying all my stuff around town. The bike is super quiet too, thanks to the Enviolo CVT hub that shifts seamlessly. I can't wait to put on more miles on this bike, especially when the weather gets nicer.

Booking experience from Canada
Eh, so I booked a hotel on this website and let me tell ya, it was a real letdown. They charged me in USD and didn't even make it clear, so I had no idea what the total cost was until the very end of the booking. I had to click around and maximize the page just to find the currency buried at the bottom. And let me tell ya, their customer service was no help at all. The lack of transparency with pricing is just not on, eh. I won't be using this platform again, that's for sure.

I've been using their video editing software and photo editing software for years now, and I gotta say, they always come through with top-notch quality. Their customer service has also been super solid whenever I've needed a hand. The only downside is their aggressive marketing - always trying to push those upgrades that we might not really need. Feels like they're just after our wallets sometimes, you know? But if you can look past all the sales pitches, their products are totally worth it.

I'm really upset about how I keep getting charged for my account even though I cancelled my subscription six months ago. Recent furniture purchase
I recently bought some furniture from this website and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The quality was so bad and to make matters worse, they shipped each item on different days. I had to go all the way to another province to pick up one of the pieces because of their wrong address. It was such a headache. And to top it all off, the furniture actually broke while I was putting it together. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

So, I got this S1 Dango Wallet for Christmas, eh? It's pretty cool and slick, and I was really pumped to give 'em to my fam. But when the package arrived, only one out of the three I ordered was in there! I was like, "What the heck?!" But I reached out to customer support, and it took a bit to get a response because of Christmas and all that, but they totally came through, eh. Three days later, my missing items showed up, and everything was all good. The wallets are sweet, eh, and I'll definitely order from them again for sure.

This company is just the worst. I bought a really pricy shirt and it's been more than three weeks with no sight of it. I've tried emailing and calling many times, but all I get is the runaround.
