Online purchase software
I was so disappointed with the customer service from this online purchase software company. Nowadays, it shouldn't be hard to talk to a real person for help with any issues. But, with this company, it felt like it was impossible. Everything was impersonal and through the system, which left me feeling upset and ignored. I had lots of questions that never got answered because there was no clear way to reach out to someone for help. It was really frustrating, to be honest.
Software purchase
The software I bought has been super helpful for my work. It's so easy to use and gets the job done quickly and accurately. The folks who made the software are awesome, always there to help and really know their stuff. I love that they respond to my questions right away and with all the info I need, making my time with the software even more enjoyable.
Software
I just bought some software from this company and it was a pretty good experience. Getting a refund was easy and quick, no problems there. Only thing is, I had some trouble trying to reach them online because I couldn't find a phone number. The software runs fine with Thunderbird, but I'm having some trouble getting it to work with Outlook.
New computer license
I just got a new computer and had trouble transferring my license. I tried contacting customer support for help, but it was really frustrating. The link they gave me was no help at all, I just kept going in circles with no solution. I ended up having to buy a new license, but I still had the same issue. Every time I opened a document, the program would restart, which was super annoying.
PDF Editing Software
I've been using Nitro as my main PDF editing software for a while now. It suits all my basic editing requirements and is way cheaper than Adobe. Disappointed with purchase
The purchase was such a disappointment. I was expecting a tool to convert Word documents to PDFs easily, but all it could do was combine PDFs. I needed something more flexible and this just didn't do the trick.
My recent purchase

Overall, I think this software is really good, but I wish the copy and paste function was more like the old version while still keeping the new version's stability.

I bought a software download from a website recently, hoping it could do the same things as Adobe for putting together different file sizes and paper types. But, I haven't had a chance to see if it actually does what I need yet. The writing software from Nitro looks good and is reasonably priced, but it could use some improvements. The volume discount system is messed up - customers get a better deal buying 4 packs instead of 10. Also, it's a pain because you can't select multiple packs together, so you have to make separate orders. The software isn't as easy to use as Adobe's, the menus and design could be improved. It would be better if there was one tab where you could edit text, add comments, shapes like circles and highlights. Plus, some copy and paste features don't always work right.
PDF software alternative
I've been using this PDF software alternative since it first came out! I was tired of the expensive and complicated programs from the big companies, so I thought I'd try this one. It's affordable, has all the tools I need, and does everything the others can do. I really like it! The only issue is the recent price hikes - please keep it affordable for us regular folks.

High-quality product
I bought something really nice from this store recently. The product is top-notch and works great, just like I hoped. But there were a few things I wanted to customize that weren't quite right, so I wanted to talk to them about it. I sent a message, but haven't heard back yet - kind of disappointing, eh?
Bought a pdf reader
It's not the greatest, but it does the trick for me. It takes forever to open, but I suppose it's still better than the other one available.
