I had an amazing time getting my little boy's first glasses from this company. I really needed them fast while we waited for his other pair, and I was blown away by how good the frames and lenses were. The people at the company were so helpful when we needed to switch up the prescription and frame, they got it done super quick. I'm totally happy with the service and the glasses overall.

The product I bought was pretty good overall, but I did come across a big issue. I could make PDFs using the software, but I couldn't edit or add comments to existing PDFs when I didn't have internet. This really slowed me down when I needed to work on the fly, which was a bummer. I think it's important to have that feature available offline too.

I gotta say, dealing with this company was a huge letdown. I contacted their customer service to ask about sizes before buying something, but the responses I got were either silence or straight-up lies from their stylists. One stylist took 6 whole minutes to reply to me, while the other said I could get a refund or exchange if necessary. Yet when I tried to return the item, all they offered me was store credit. The way this company is inconsistent and dishonest is just shocking.

The sports bras they sell are good quality but there are some things that don't quite match up. For example, the high impact sports bras have removable inserts, while the medium impact ones have better material and don't need inserts. I wouldn't recommend getting their lounge bras because they're pricey and the zippers show through most shirts. Also, when I gave feedback to customer service, all I got back were basic, generic replies. Just a heads up, going for a walk or working from home isn't really high impact, so having the zipper show through your shirt could give off a less professional look.

I was a bit nervous about ordering from here since I heard some people say negative things, but when I saw they were having a big sale, I couldn't resist! I placed my order really late on Saturday and it arrived today, Tuesday! Everything looked even better in person and nothing was damaged, so I'm really pleased with everything!

I bought a really nice jacket from here not long ago and I was super bummed with how it turned out. The stitching started coming loose after only a couple of times wearing it, and that's just not cool for something that costs a lot. When I tried to get some help from customer service, I got passed around and ended up with a not-so-great response from the big boss. Treating customers like that is totally not okay.

I just ordered some photography equipment from SmallRig and had it sent to Norway. When I got the package, I found out I had to pay extra customs and broker fees. I contacted SmallRig's customer service, and after a bit of a wait because of the pandemic in China, they asked for proof of the fees. I sent over the documents they needed, and I was happy to get a full refund on the fees.
