Eyeshadow palette and brushes
I used to go to the store all the time, but now the service isn't as good. The staff used to be super knowledgeable and friendly, and now they seem pushy and rushed. They used to have this awesome guy who knew everything about the products and was always welcoming. I miss him!
Makeup palette
I bought a makeup palette from here before and it was okay, took a bit long to arrive but no big problems. But this time, it's been almost a month and still no sign of it. Website says it's coming but last update was July 28th. When I asked customer service, they just said "it'll come when it comes." Super disappointed with the lack of updates and slow delivery.
MUA Life brush set
I recently bought the MUA Life brush set from this company and had an issue with the zipper on the case, which was disappointing. I reached out to customer service and had a chat with Shakira about the problem. Shakira asked for pictures of the case, barcode, and LOT number, which took me a while to find. Eventually, I sent a video showing the zipper issue. However, I didn't hear back from Shakira despite my efforts. I felt ignored and let down, especially since I trusted their products. It seemed like my loyalty as a customer wasn't appreciated. After a long period of frustration, my problem was finally fixed, and a replacement was sent. I was relieved to get a solution, but the lack of communication and gratitude at the beginning left a bad impression.
Happy with the product, but had a slight issue with the order.
Overall, I was pretty happy with my purchase from Morphe. The product I got was really good quality and I was satisfied with it. But, I did run into a little problem with my order. When I contacted customer service about it, they got back to me super quick and fixed the issue right away. I really liked how responsive and helpful they were. Even though there was a small hiccup, I would definitely shop at Morphe again.
Discontinued products
Morphe really let me down by discontinuing all my favorite products. The boss mood palette was my go-to for a night out, the mega matte lipsticks were perfect for lasting all day, and now there's hardly any shades left in the color pencils. It's frustrating to see a company getting rid of their best products and only keeping what seems like leftovers. I don't know what their plan is, but it's not making loyal customers like me happy. I'm thinking about looking elsewhere to spend my money.
Palette and eyeshadow base
I just bought a palette and eyeshadow base from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how everything went down. The products are top-notch, and the website was easy to use and find my way around. Ordering was a breeze thanks to that. Even with all the COVID stuff going on, my package arrived right on schedule, showing me that this store is super dependable and knows how to get things done right.
Makeup palette
I ordered a makeup palette on May 24, 2021 and paid a lot for shipping. It's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my order. The tracking info hasn't been updated in over a month. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they said no, pointing to their 15-day policy after shipment. What a joke.
Replacement USB
The folks over at Morphee gave me really great customer service by promptly replacing my faulty USB. I was really impressed with how smoothly they took care of everything, so I could keep on getting the benefit of my sleep aid without any issues. Thanks so much for all your help and cooperation, eh.
Mascara and eyeshadow palette
Oh my goodness, I ordered a mascara and eyeshadow palette such a long time ago and it still hasn't arrived! Seriously, where did it come from? Mars?! Come on, speed it up! You're in Canada, not outer space. It's crazy, even my orders from those fast fashion websites get here faster!
Makeup brush set
So like, I got this makeup brush set from this store, eh? And it was pretty decent, you know? The brushes are actually really good quality and I was pretty stoked to get them. But then, man, the customer service was just terrible, eh? I tried to order online and it said it would come in a few days, but it took forever! I even sent them emails about it and they never got back to me. Not even once, eh? It was so frustrating to wait such a long time for my order.
New eyeshadow palettes
I was a bit nervous about ordering from here since I heard some people say negative things, but when I saw they were having a big sale, I couldn't resist! I placed my order really late on Saturday and it arrived today, Tuesday! Everything looked even better in person and nothing was damaged, so I'm really pleased with everything!
Highlighter purchase
I was so upset by the changes made to the highlighter line recently. "Extra" and "Lit" were my go-to shades, and now they're gone. I've stopped shopping on the website because the highlighter was the only reason I used to go on there. Also, the prices of the highlighters are way higher than other brands, which is a bummer. It's sad to see the brand's products go downhill like this.
Vacay Mode Brush Set
So I bought the Vacay Mode Brush Set not long ago, and I gotta say, I was super let down by the quality of the brushes. Like, the materials they used are just so cheap! They started shedding right from the first use, and the fibers were scratchy and hurt my face. I was really expecting better from this brand, especially for how much the set cost. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting this set from them at all.
Full face makeup kit
I ordered a whole face makeup kit for my sister's birthday, but when I checked on the delivery, it said it had been delivered already, even though it wasn't! I tried to reach out to them, but they never got back to me. I had to go to my bank to get a refund. So frustrating! My sister was so upset she didn't receive her gift on time 😠
Quick delivery during COVID
I recently did some online shopping and was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived really quickly, especially given the current situation we're in. Even though I had seen some reviews mentioning delays in shipping, my package got to me in the same week that I placed the order. I had bought two pallets and was prepared to wait a while, but they came sooner than I anticipated. The website had warned about the possibility of a delay of up to 14 working days, which would have been an extra 10 working days on top of the initial 4 working day delivery estimate. I was genuinely impressed with how fast everything arrived. I haven't had a chance to try out the makeup products yet, so I can't say if they're any good, but based on how smoothly the ordering process went, I'm excited to give them a try. Overall, my online shopping experience was great and the shipping time exceeded my expectations.

I recently bought something from this store and asked for advice from their customer service about a makeup shade. I trusted their recommendation and ordered it, but it didn't work for me. I contacted customer service by email and got a quick reply. They gave me the choice of a refund or picking a different item, and I could keep the one that didn't work. They sent the new item right away, and I was really impressed by how smooth and easy the whole process was. I've seen some bad reviews on other sites, but my own experience with their customer service was great. It looks like they've made some improvements over time, so I would definitely suggest giving them a shot.
Brow gel purchase
The brow gel they sell here is okay, but it's way too sticky and gel-like for my liking. It would be much better if it was smoother and less gooey. On top of that, the shipping is painfully slow! I had to wait a whole three weeks for my order to even ship out because apparently they were short-staffed due to "covid." Like, seriously? If you need more staff, just hire them! Don't leave customers waiting so long just to save a few bucks. And let's not even start on the questionable people they associate with... it's really not a good look for the brand.
