The advisor I worked with was such a pro at planning vacations. She knew her stuff when it came to different destinations and hotels, and she helped me put together an awesome itinerary for my holiday. Not only did she suggest great places to visit, but she also went out of her way to find me the best deal that wouldn't break the bank. I was seriously blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable she was.

As a savvy shopper, I gotta say my experience with this product was a huge letdown. I thought the Kenzzi device was gonna be a game-changer, but once I got it, I realized it just wasn't cutting it for me. So, I followed the steps to return it like the company said. I packed everything up real good in one box, paid for shipping to send it back, and off it went. After a couple of weeks passed, I still hadn't seen my refund or heard a peep from the company. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to tell me they only got bits and pieces of the product back, even though I know I sent it all back together with a tracking number. It's frustrating to feel like your money's being taken and not getting any sort of fix for the problem.

Pillow order
I ordered some pillows not long ago, but I never got them. I sent two emails to the company asking about my order, but I didn't hear back from them at all. Then, after waiting for almost three weeks, I got in touch with them again today, only to find out that they said the shipping would take 3-5 days. Even though I was let down, the person I spoke to was nice about it and said sorry for the trouble. I decided to just cancel my order because it seemed like they were still trying to figure out where my pillows were. It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience when I was excited to get those pillows and thought they would be good quality.

Cat treats and calming diffuser
So, my cat got into this weird habit of non-stop licking one spot after she got sick. Two vets suggested I give her gabapentin, but I thought I'd try a more natural solution first. I ended up trying out JustCBD cat treats and using a calming diffuser at home. And you know what? After a few days of using them regularly, my cat stopped the obsessive licking completely. I was seriously surprised at how well these products worked in helping my little buddy out. Definitely recommend them, they're awesome!

Quick delivery during COVID
I recently did some online shopping and was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived really quickly, especially given the current situation we're in. Even though I had seen some reviews mentioning delays in shipping, my package got to me in the same week that I placed the order. I had bought two pallets and was prepared to wait a while, but they came sooner than I anticipated. The website had warned about the possibility of a delay of up to 14 working days, which would have been an extra 10 working days on top of the initial 4 working day delivery estimate. I was genuinely impressed with how fast everything arrived. I haven't had a chance to try out the makeup products yet, so I can't say if they're any good, but based on how smoothly the ordering process went, I'm excited to give them a try. Overall, my online shopping experience was great and the shipping time exceeded my expectations.

I bought this really awesome whisky tasting gift set from this one spot. It came through Amazon, but the box was all squished when it got here. I gave the company a call and they were fantastic! They made sure I got a brand new set right away and even threw in two extra bottles for free! The lady on the phone was super nice and really helpful.

The seller's website was all like "Oh yeah, your ink cartridges are in stock and we'll ship 'em out today." But guess what? After getting a confirmation email, I heard nothing else about my order. Now, the stuff still hasn't shown up, and the seller won't answer my texts or calls. It's like they just up and vanished or somethin'.

Elite dating site, Premium Membership
I've been dealing with some serious issues on that dating site. They kept trying to charge me for a Premium Membership, even though my account clearly showed I was just a regular member. Plus, their website was all messed up - links and email addresses wouldn't even work on Safari! I had to switch browsers just to cancel my membership. Honestly, I'd say be careful if you're thinking about using that site.

Gift card refund issue
I'm super annoyed with how this company is handling my gift card refund. It's really not cool that I've been waiting forever without any updates or help. And on top of that, I had to spend extra cash just to use the gift card in the first place, which is so frustrating. The lack of responsibility and customer service from this company is just awful. I totally agree with other customers who have had the same problems with Topshop. Hopefully, if ASOS really did buy them out, they'll deal with these refund issues ASAP and step up their customer service game to avoid any more bad press.
