They usually have great service, but this time, even though I got a tracking number, my order hasn't been sent out yet. I've tried to contact customer service, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really disappointing and frustrating, especially because I've always had good experiences with them in the past. I'm thinking about finding a new company to buy my CBD products from.

My recent buy of 2 disposable vapes wasn't what I expected at all. They didn't look like the ones on the box, and they were only half full of liquid instead of the promised 2ml. On top of that, they wouldn't charge properly - kept flashing red after 3 hours. I tried to get help from customer service twice, but didn't hear back for 4 whole days. Finally, someone from the team got in touch and fixed things up quickly once they realized our complaints were sent to the wrong folks down in the States. I'm really thankful for the speedy help and communication from the rep, it definitely made me feel better about the company.

Oh gosh, I just adore the CBD gummies and Valentine hearts from this store! They really help me unwind before hitting the hay and they taste so delicious. The THC gummies are even more amazing at helping me unwind. And can we just take a moment to appreciate the Valentine hearts? I just bought the Northern Lights vape cartridge from this company and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
