I had already ordered from somewhere else and now need to cancel to avoid getting double, you get me? This whole thing has totally turned me off from using their services again.

The seller's website was all like "Oh yeah, your ink cartridges are in stock and we'll ship 'em out today." But guess what? After getting a confirmation email, I heard nothing else about my order.
