Ink cartridges
I recently bought some ink cartridges, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. It's been four weeks since I ordered a total of nine cartridges, but only six of them have shown up so far. I'm feeling frustrated because there hasn't been much communication or transparency about where my missing cartridges are at. When I reached out to ask what was going on, I was told it was a "split" order and the rest of my stuff was on its way. But I still don't have a tracking number or any clear idea of when I'll get the rest of my order. The lack of information and slow delivery time has really left me feeling let down by the service.
Printer cartridges, high yield vs. regular
I just bought some high yield printer cartridges from your website, but got regular ones instead. I tried calling customer service a few times but couldn't get through to anyone for help. Plus, your site's return policy wasn't clear, which made things even more frustrating. I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down and don't plan on shopping with you again.
Ink cartridges for printer
I recently bought ink cartridges for my printer from this company, eh. I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing, you know. After I placed my order, I had to keep emailing them multiple times because there were some issues with the shipment. They ended up delivering the cartridges in separate shipments, which ended up causing a total delay of about 6 weeks, which is just way too long, you know. And on top of that, they promised me a refund for one of the cartridges that never showed up, but it's been 8 weeks and still no refund, eh. When I tried to call them, I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever and didn't get anywhere. Overall, dealing with this company has been super frustrating and totally unreliable. Would definitely recommend steering clear of them, eh.

I've ordered from this company four times already, and each time I've been super impressed with how fast they ship my order and how I always get exactly what I asked for. I can't believe they sent my order to the wrong address! And to top it off, they won't give me a refund until their warehouse confirms that they got the product back. It's been three weeks and I still haven't seen my refund.

Let me tell ya, the customer service at this place is just awful! I made the mistake of buying remanufactured cartridges for my printer, and guess what? They didn't even work! So, I sent an email to their support team, and let me tell you, the response I got was just terrible. Now, I'm still trying to get my money back for these useless products. I ordered some ink cartridges for my printer from a website, eh. Turned out they didn't have them in stock and said it would take a week or two to get them. So I waited patiently, but after two weeks, there was still no progress, you know? I tried emailing them, but got no reply. When I called customer service on January 6th, they put me on hold a bunch of times and said they still didn't have the items in stock, and it could be another 1-2 weeks. I got frustrated and decided to cancel my order over the phone. But by January 9th, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of the cancellation or heard about a refund. After trying multiple times to get in touch with them, I finally got confirmation on January 10th that the cancellation was underway. But then, surprise surprise, the ink cartridges showed up that same day, straight from Japan and made in Indonesia! I had already ordered from somewhere else and now need to cancel to avoid getting double, you get me? This whole thing has totally turned me off from using their services again.
Ink cartridges
The seller's website was all like "Oh yeah, your ink cartridges are in stock and we'll ship 'em out today." But guess what? After getting a confirmation email, I heard nothing else about my order. Now, the stuff still hasn't shown up, and the seller won't answer my texts or calls. It's like they just up and vanished or somethin'.
Partial shipment
Sorry, but my recent order only came partially. I get that errors can happen, but the way customer service handled it was disappointing. They wanted me to cough up more cash to speed up the missing item, which I thought was bad service. Instead of rushing that missing piece, they just wanted to take everything back and have me pay for shipping.

All they said was that a third party was handling the shipping. I got fed up with the lack of updates and long wait, so I ended up cancelling my order and getting it from someone else.
