    Printer cartridges, high yield vs. regular

    I just bought some high yield printer cartridges from your website, but got regular ones instead. I tried calling customer service a few times but couldn't get through to anyone for help. Plus, your site's return policy wasn't clear, which made things even more frustrating. I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down and don't plan on shopping with you again.

    Phone installation nightmare

    Oh my goodness, this is seriously the worst company ever! I've been trying to get my phone set up for like a whole month now and it's been a complete disaster. I've had three appointments so far and two times, they totally flaked and didn't even show up! And when they finally did come out, they couldn't even get the installation done! Plus, they keep messaging and calling my landlord instead of me, even though I've repeatedly told them to reach out to me directly. It's beyond frustrating!

    First pair of high-quality sunglasses

    I recently bought my first pair of really nice sunglasses, and man, let me tell you, they were so comfy and stylish! They were a bit pricey, but I just had to have them because they looked and felt amazing. But my joy was short-lived because they got damaged only a month after I bought them. I contacted the repair center for help, and I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service I received. They quickly sent me a repair form and even waived the processing fee, which was totally unexpected but really nice of them. I chose USPS Priority shipping for both ways, and guess what? In just two weeks, my sunglasses were returned to me looking good as new. Their repair service was top-notch, and I'm definitely gonna stick with them as a customer.

    Defective product, unsatisfactory support

    I bought this curtain gizmo thingy, and when it came, I found out it was missing some wheels and the battery was dead. The peeps on the support team were totally useless and made the whole process of getting those missing parts a huge pain. They kept asking for pics of my curtain rods before they would even consider sending the replacements.
