Exchange process
I messed up with my purchase and had to go through the whole exchange process. Luckily, Isla from the support team was amazing and made everything way easier. Now I'm just patiently waiting for my new package to show up, hoping everything goes smoothly!
Thin, protective, high quality, beautiful
I love this case, it's exactly what I was looking for! It's slim but still offers great protection for my phone. The packaging was top-notch, came in a gorgeous box with the case inside. The quality is fantastic and it looks awesome on my phone. I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural titanium, and with the clear back of the case, you can really see how beautiful the phone is.
Damaged product credit
The customer service at this place was awesome, eh! I bought this product online, and it came damaged. They couldn't replace it under warranty, but they gave me a credit so I could get a new one. I was really impressed by how much they helped me out. You don't see that kind of service often nowadays, so I'm grateful for it, eh.
Super Thin Case and Premium Glass Screen Protector
The stuff at Peel is amazing, eh! I gotta say, ordering was so easy and the shipping was super quick. I got the Super Thin Case for my phone and it fits like a glove, feels awesome too! It's nice and smooth, but not too slippery like other cases I've used. And the Premium Glass Screen Protector is top quality – can barely even see it and doesn't mess with the touch screen at all. I'm just so happy with my purchase from Peel!
Phone case
So, I bought a phone case from this company and by mistake got the wrong size. I reached out to their Support Team and Isla was super helpful in sorting out the exchange for me. The case itself is really good quality, giving my device solid protection.

Overall, my experience with the purchase process was top-notch. The website interface was super easy to use, making it a breeze to find what I was looking for. I got some replacement cases after my original one broke, but they were kinda sticky on the outside and it was a pain to clean off. The customer service was okay in helping me out, but I was bummed to see such shoddy quality control on the products. I was hoping for better attention to detail.

I recently bought a phone case from Peel and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. I was surprised to see that the shipping cost to Israel was almost double the price of the case itself. That didn't seem fair to me, especially 'cause in the past, I've always had to pick up my orders from a distribution point. And to top it off, I got warned about possible delivery delays. It made me wonder why I was paying so much for shipping if there was no guarantee of getting it on time. Even though I like the phone case, it doesn't make up for the disappointment I had with the whole ordering and shipping process.

Thin transparent case for iPhone 15 Pro Max
So I recently bought a clear case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and it wasn't what I was hoping for. The Maxi feature doesn't really do the trick with this case, it doesn't stick properly to my phone. Even with that problem, I do like how slim the case is. I just hope it doesn't start turning yellow like other clear cases tend to do over time.
