I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. It took more than a month for me to finally get the bag I ordered and when it showed up, there were threads sticking out all over the material. I got in touch with customer service right away and they sent me a return label to send the item back. But even after more than 9 days of sending it back, they said they never got it. Dealing with this company has been a total disaster from beginning to end. It's practically the end of March now and I still haven't seen any solution to my issue. This company is a complete joke!

I can't believe how bold this company is, they won't take any responsibility for reservation issues. They just tell you to contact the property yourself if anything goes wrong. What's the point of using their services if they won't help you at all? Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the properties.

As a customer looking to get certified ASAP, I gotta say, my experience was pretty good overall. Being able to get my certification quickly was a huge plus for me. The only hiccup I ran into was trying to print out all the stuff I needed. I'm more of a pen-and-paper kind of learner, so not being able to use printed booklets was a bit of a pain for me. I bought a black bra online, and the first time I ordered from them it was amazing. The bra was wrapped nicely in tissue paper and fit perfectly. But this time, it was disappointing. They didn't have the brand I wanted, so I had to guess my size (which was way off from my old one). It took two whole weeks for my order to arrive! When it finally came, the bras were just thrown in a box, no tissue paper or anything, and they fit terribly. Plus, there was someone else's order form in the box. They had my order ready to ship, but just left it there. Ugh!
