    Accessories and notebooks

    I've been a loyal customer of this company since 2018 and I gotta say, the accessories and notebooks I've bought are top-notch.     Life planners

    I've been a loyal customer of the life planners since 2015 and I gotta say, I couldn't be happier with the products. The quality is amazing and there are so many design options to choose from. Customer service has always been fantastic, any issue I've had has been taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. The price might be a bit higher than other planners out there, but the quality and service make it totally worth it.

    Disappointing customer service

    I had a really disappointing experience with customer service. I booked two phone calls for help, but no one actually called me. So I tried to use the chat feature today, but that was also a waste of time. I wanted to order through a representative because I had a credit, but they told me to do it online instead. I was frustrated by the lack of personalized help and it was a waste of my time. I even asked to talk to a supervisor, but they didn't give me any contact info. Overall, the customer service was really bad and I won't be ordering from them again. Franklin Planner has always given me great customer service, and I wish I had stuck with them instead of trying something new.

    Ordered some stuff

    So, you know, I've bought stuff from this place like 5 or 6 times, and, like, almost every time something's gone wrong. Who's even checking these orders before they ship them out, you know? And when I reach out to customer service, they're nice and all, but all they do is offer to send a replacement that'll take forever to arrive. Like, come on? It's not my fault you messed up, why should I have to wait even longer for the right thing? They say sorry and all, but it's like, are they really sorry or just saying it? I used to think this brand was awesome, but now, I'm like, AVOID them at all costs!

    Customized planner with wrong name

    I ordered a customized planner at the beginning of January, thinking it would be sent out on the 22nd. But surprise, surprise, it got shipped out sooner on the 17th. Unfortunately, my package got held up at FedEx for more than a week, making me wait even longer for it. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but all I got was a vague email that didn't really fix things. After waiting another week, my planner finally showed up, but with the wrong name on it. Needless to say, I'm really let down.

    Journaling pens purchase

    I recently got some new journaling pens from this company, eh? A couple of them were busted, unfortunately. When I reached out to customer service about it, they gave me a disappointing reply of, "Sorry, we can't help." Still, I decided to give them another shot and made some more purchases, all without any issues. But then I found out they had a rewards program, so I signed up and asked about getting points for my earlier purchases. And once again, they said, "Sorry, can't help." Their lack of flexibility and poor customer service has really got me feeling frustrated and not too happy, you know what I mean?
