I just ordered some flowers for delivery, eh, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service I got. I asked for them to be delivered on a certain date, but they showed up several days late with no heads up or excuse. You can't say you'll deliver something by a certain day and then not follow through without telling the customer. The customer service wasn't much help and didn't seem to care about my issue. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience that I won't be doing again.

I really enjoy playing with Lego sets, they're my absolute favorite. Recently, I picked up a new one from Toys R Us and it was so awesome. There were so many choices, but it was a bit tricky to find the exact one I was looking for. I do wish they had more sales on Lego items though. Even though dealing with the courier company was annoying and took a long time, I want to commend Kidly for their dedication to fixing the problem quickly. One suggestion I have is to think about using a more reliable courier service, like DPD.
