    LEGO set

    My mom picked up a really awesome LEGO set for me at this store called Toys R Us, and I was super pumped to start building it. But then she mentioned they tacked on a $25 fee for delivery, even though she spent over $200! When we checked online, we found out they actually provide free same day delivery for purchases over $50! We rang the store to see about cancelling the order, and they made it really difficult for us! They claimed we requested expedited delivery, which we didn't, and refused to give back the extra charge. They only said they'd waive it if my mom went back to the store. Such a hassle and totally unfair!

    My time at the store wasn't great because the cashier was being rude. I bought some toys that were supposed to be on sale, but when they rang them up, it charged me full price. Instead of fixing the mistake nicely, the cashier was arguing with me about the prices, even though the toys were clearly marked as on sale. It was annoying and not cool that they didn't even know their own store's prices.

    I really enjoy playing with Lego sets, they're my absolute favorite. Recently, I picked up a new one from Toys R Us and it was so awesome. There were so many choices, but it was a bit tricky to find the exact one I was looking for. I do wish they had more sales on Lego items though. Nonetheless, I'm really pleased with my buy and I'm excited to start building it!

    I was so pumped to order that new gaming console online, eh? But then, when I wanted to cancel my order, there was literally no way to do it! I had to wait until it arrived and then return it in person. It was such a pain, I tell ya! I'm never buying online from here again!

    I recently bought some toys from this company and I was really disappointed with the service I got. The delivery was messed up because they left my package in the lobby of my building and it got stolen. When I tried to contact customer service, it was hard to understand them because their voice was so quiet. It's frustrating to wait 3 to 5 days for them to fix this issue, especially when it wasn't my fault. Also, the shipping took longer than I thought and there was no tracking info on the website, which made it tough to see where my order was. Overall, it was a really bad experience and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again in the future.

    Funko Pop toy

    I bought a Funko Pop toy from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. The toy showed up in a lousy paper bag and ended up all banged up during shipping. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service about it, they were super rude and wanted me to pay for the return shipping if I wanted a replacement or refund. Not cool, man.

    Funko Sodas

    Went to this store in East-end and saw that all the Funko Sodas had been messed with. The staff knows about it and are doing something about it. The prices for Funko Pops, Rides, and Movie Moments were way too high. I'll definitely give a shoutout on Youtube if they fix things up. It's important to support our local toy stores, but we also need to make sure they have good security.

    I was really impressed with how well the customer service team handled my online order. Even with the challenges of curbside pickup, the staff at this store were super organized and aware of COVID precautions. The Thunder Bay location is definitely a standout for how transactions should be done during these times. They were fast, really professional, and made everything so easy. I even decided to order more stuff from them instead of going to Walmart or other stores.

    My recent experience at this store was so disappointing. I bought a toy that was broken and wanted to exchange it, but the manager was really rude. Instead of helping me, he called the police on me just because I wanted to return a faulty item. It was so uncalled for and just not right.

    Today, I headed to the huge toy store to find a particular toy, but it wasn't available. Thankfully, the awesome dudes at the customer service desk, Andrew and Juliano, went above and beyond to assist me in my search. They were so helpful and nice, and I truly value all their effort. They totally improved my visit to the toy store, and I'm so thankful for all their assistance!

    Poop trinket doll

    I went to pick up a poop trinket doll for my nieces and I gotta say, the service I got from this worker named Taylor at the store in Hamilton, Ontario was top-notch. Taylor really went out of her way to help me find the doll, and she even found two of them in stock, even though the computer said they were all gone. She was super friendly and happy to help, which made my shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate her amazing service, and I know my nieces are gonna be so excited about their new dolls.

    The toys I bought recently were really good quality and the prices were great. I found some awesome deals on cute toys this season.     I bought some toys for my nephew from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was super let down with how everything went down. It took forever for the order to actually come in, and when it finally did, Christmas was long gone. Plus, the packaging was a mess - some of the toys were even spilling out liquid, and as a result, my nephew got sick from playing with them. It's just not cool, and now I'm thinking about taking some legal action against the company.
