Review about: Whitestone Dome
Two pack screen protector
I bought a two-pack of their product. The first one didn't work well, but I blamed it on me not being familiar with such a complicated product. The second one cracked within a few months even though my phone had a hard cover and dome glass protector. I tried to use the warranty, but it left my phone vulnerable for weeks (and still is) while I received polite messages that didn't really solve the issues. I'm tired of wasting time going back and forth with unhelpful responses. Don't buy this product unless you have extra money to spare.

Teen stretch for my daughter
My daughter suddenly shot up and needed the next size of shoes. The customer service was amazing - they were so understanding and supportive. They replaced the original pairs with the new size, and I must say I was blown away by their support and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend them.

Overpriced summer dress
I gotta tell you, I recently bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I bought a pricey summer dress, crossing my fingers it would arrive in time for a special event. But man, not only did it take forever to get delivered, but when it finally showed up, it looked nothing like the photo online. The fabric was cheap, the sewing was terrible, and it didn't even fit right. When I tried to return it, there was zero customer service. My emails went unanswered, and there was no way to call anyone. It's like they just took my money and disappeared. So disappointing.

Wedding sign purchase
We just got this amazing wedding sign with our initials from this company and we're so happy with it! It's going to look so great on our Sweetheart table on the big day. toys for my nephew
I bought some toys for my nephew from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was super let down with how everything went down. It took forever for the order to actually come in, and when it finally did, Christmas was long gone. Plus, the packaging was a mess - some of the toys were even spilling out liquid, and as a result, my nephew got sick from playing with them. It's just not cool, and now I'm thinking about taking some legal action against the company.
