Whitestone Dome Shipping and Delivery Policies

Whitestone Dome orders are processed the next business day from the day the day the order is made. They ship every day, from Monday to Friday each week. Delivery time is generally determined by the efficiency of your carrier. Whitestone Dome does not have any control over the delivery of your package, and takes no liability for any lost packages once tracking information has been provided. The Whitestone Dome returns center allows customers to make a return by sampling filling a form where they have to provide their order number and email address, and then follow the instructions. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products. The items returned must be unused and be in a resalable condition, in the original packaging. Once your return has been accepted and processed, you will receive a refund in the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after they have been approved. If you received the product in a defective state, you have to reach out to Whitestone Dome within 7 days after the receipt. Products not eligible for return are gift cards and discounted items.
