I bought a screen protector for my Galaxy S10 Plus straight from the company so I could have the warranty. Sadly, the edges began to chip and crack. When I contacted the company for help, they told me they don't sell that protector anymore. They gave me a 50% discount on my next protector for a new phone, which I agreed to. But now, I've changed phones and reached out to them, they haven't been responding to my emails for weeks.

I bought a screen protector from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by the whole experience. The screen protector itself is fine, but for the price I paid, I was hoping for something top-notch and durable. When I had a problem and tried to make a warranty claim, the customer service team just ignored me completely. It's really annoying to work hard for your money, only to get brushed off when you need help. I suggest others avoid this company and find a different place for their screen protector needs.

I sent them an email and waited so long for a response, but they finally sent me a new one for free! Yay! It arrived today and I put it on my phone so easily. The instructions were really clear and helpful. I'm so happy now!
