Whitestone Dome - Reviews and experiences

I really wish I had looked into this company before I bought from them. Their customer service is just terrible and has made me feel so annoyed and overlooked. Even though they say they offer warranty support, all I've gotten from them is confusing and unhelpful responses to my emails. It seems like they don't really want to help me or fix the problems I've had with their product. It's really disappointing to feel like they're just leading me on and not taking me seriously as a customer.

I bought a two-pack of their product. The first one didn't work well, but I blamed it on me not being familiar with such a complicated product. The second one cracked within a few months even though my phone had a hard cover and dome glass protector. I tried to use the warranty, but it left my phone vulnerable for weeks (and still is) while I received polite messages that didn't really solve the issues. I'm tired of wasting time going back and forth with unhelpful responses. Don't buy this product unless you have extra money to spare.
