Optik TV purchase
I recently switched over to a new TV service provider and thought I'd get a bundle with a new TV included. But it's been two months now, and I still haven't gotten the TV that was supposed to come with it. I tried asking about it, but they said I don't qualify for the TV. It's really disappointing because that TV was a big reason why I decided to change providers.
Mobile phone purchase
Talking to customer service at Telus is such a hassle. The AI and chat system just don't cut it and they don't really help with any problems. It feels like the company doesn't care about its customers and would rather keep them at arm's length.
Renewed contract, multiple cable box replacements
So I just renewed my contract with the company and it's been a total hassle, you know? I've had to deal with getting four - yes, FOUR - cable box replacements for our living room since September. Now they're sending me the fifth one. After this, I'm done with them. The amount of time I've wasted talking to tech support is just ridiculous. It's a complete joke. And don't even get me started on having to go pick up the new boxes at the outlet. The courier even pretended they tried to deliver it when I was home all day, leaving a note for me to go pick it up because they "missed" me. This whole customer service experience has been so frustrating and disappointing, eh.
Mobile and internet plan
Telus doesn't really have the best prices when you look at what Roger's and Bell are offering. It's a bit of a bummer that there aren't any rewards after being a customer for 13 years, eh?
Fiber installation delays
My experience with getting fiber installed by this company was really disappointing. I was supposed to get it installed on April 1st, but now it's April 29th and after four technicians came over, it's still not done. This kind of delay and mess is just not okay, it honestly feels like a big joke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Even though they might have cheaper prices than other companies, my experience with their customer service and technicians shows they don't really know what they're doing.
Business account phone issue
My business is having some trouble with Telus. Every time we call, we just keep getting passed around and our bills are way too expensive. The person we usually talk to never offers us any better deals and whenever there's a problem with our phone, they send us over to Asurion who is asking for $800 as a deductible! It's crazy! Recently, we got a new phone but it's not working properly at all. Both Telus and Asurion are refusing to help us unless we pay another $800 for a replacement. I'm beyond frustrated with this company, I'm tempted to take legal action but unfortunately, they're based in Nashville. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs!
New service installation
My experience with this company was so frustrating, eh. The customer service was basically non-existent, no actual people to talk to when I needed help. Instead, the dumb AI just kept asking me the same questions over and over, going nowhere. And even after I cancelled my service before it even started, I still got bills from them. Plus, the sales guy lied about the deals, so now I don't trust them at all, you know?

I gotta be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with the service this company's been giving me as a customer. The billing's been all wrong and dealing with customer service has just been a headache. It's been frustrating and disappointing all around. And to top it off, the lack of communication and transparency just makes the whole thing even worse.
Phone return still being charged
So, I sent my phone back and they received it, but they're still charging me and it's been forever. I don't understand what's going on.
Telus business internet purchase
Oh man, what a mess! I thought the business internet plan was a good idea but boy was I wrong. When I wanted to cancel, they said my contract started right when I signed up, no 30-day grace period like other places. The person who sold me the plan didn't even know what they were talking about. When I asked about canceling, they just told me to call customer service. Telus is a total disaster, I really hope they shut down. Dealing with them is just so stressful and gives me major anxiety.
Internet service review
I'm so frustrated with the internet service from this company. In the last hour alone, I've had my internet cut out 17 times. It's really annoying because it interrupts whatever I'm doing online for work or fun. This problem has been happening ever since I switched to this provider, and it's only been getting worse. It's really aggravating to have such unreliable internet, especially when it affects my ability to stay connected for both work and personal stuff. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who needs a dependable internet connection.
Cancel internet but keep home phone
This is the worst experience ever! The customer service is a complete joke. I've spent over 15 hours talking to agents, being put on hold, talking to loyalty agents, and dealing with the service department just trying to cancel my expensive internet but keep my home phone. Can you believe they did the opposite and now I'm struggling to get my phone re-connected with no luck. Today alone, I wasted another 2.5 hours with no solution in sight. It's beyond frustrating and disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for so long. Telus, you really dropped the ball on this one!
Gigabit Internet deal
Hey there! Just wanted to chat about the email I got from your company about the Gigabit Internet deal for $65/month. Tried to renew my old contract for that price but was told it's only for new folks. After some back and forth, they offered me $85/month. Feeling a bit misled by the first offer and kinda bummed about the lack of loyalty to existing customers.
Security system fixed
So, the other day I noticed my security system at home wasn't working properly. I gave 'em a call and a guy came over to fix it up real good. But then they ended up charging me for a battery replacement that wasn't even necessary! I had to sit on hold for a whole hour just to get it all straightened out. I'm not too pleased about the sketchy billing at all. Telus really needs to up their game!
Unsuccessful phone and TV setup
My experience with the service provider was really bad. We were trying to set up my mother-in-law's phone and TV at her care home, but they ended up canceling our home phone by mistake. We spent hours on the phone with customer service, but kept getting transferred between departments and pressured to buy things we didn't need, without actually fixing the problem. Finally, when a technician came to our house, they tried to sell us internet instead of re-connecting our phone. And they also falsely claimed that we needed internet for my mother-in-law's TV, which was not true. It's just not right to take advantage of a senior citizen in a care home like that.
Internet plan purchase
I needed a new internet provider so badly because my old one kept letting me down. So I thought, why not give this company a try? Man, it was a total game-changer! The service was great, the installation was fast, and the customer service was amazing. Ever since I made the switch, I haven't had a single issue, and my internet browsing has been perfect. I never thought an internet provider could have such a big impact on my life, but here we are.
