Photobook order delay
I ordered a photobook not long ago but it's taking forever to show up! The tracking just kept saying 'Waiting for UPS pickup' for a whole week. When I reached out to customer service through the online chat, all they said was to give it one more week. Waiting for two whole weeks was super annoying, especially since I could have just printed the photobook here and had it right away.

Course completion
I just finished this course that had awesome content and it was explained in a really easy way to understand. It was a bit of a struggle, trying to balance my job, studying from a distance, and looking after my kids, but I managed to wrap up the course in less than 8 months. The resources they gave us were super useful in solidifying what I learned. Plus, a lot of the stuff we went over in the course is directly related to what I do at work and my dream of starting my own business.

LEGO set purchase
I just got a LEGO set from your store and had a problem with my order, so I had to cancel and re-order it. The customer service rep, Nikki, was super awesome the whole time. She answered all my questions and fixed my order quickly. Nikki didn't just help with cancelling and reordering, she even got me some missing pieces for my LEGO set.
