Oh my gosh, I'm really frustrated right now! I tried to get in touch with them about the poor sound quality of the earbuds, but even after leaving several messages and emails, they still haven't responded after 3-4 weeks. Can you believe it? All I wanted was to share some feedback and possibly get some assistance, but nope, nothing.

Oh my gosh, I'm really frustrated right now! I tried everything but couldn't get them to link up again. Even with the new pair I got, the same thing happened. The sound and comfort were awesome, but the performance and customer service were disappointing.
