CommunicationOh my gosh, I'm really frustrated right now! I tried to get in touch with them about the poor sound quality of the earbuds, but even after leaving several messages and emails, they still haven't responded after 3-4 weeks. Can you believe it? All I wanted was to share some feedback and possibly get some assistance, but nope, nothing.

ProductI got these headphones thinking they'd have amazing sound and be super comfy. But as soon as I used them for an hour, they started having issues connecting to my phone. I tried everything but couldn't get them to link up again. Even with the new pair I got, the same thing happened. The sound and comfort were awesome, but the performance and customer service were disappointing.
