My business is having some trouble with Telus. Every time we call, we just keep getting passed around and our bills are way too expensive. The person we usually talk to never offers us any better deals and whenever there's a problem with our phone, they send us over to Asurion who is asking for $800 as a deductible! It's crazy! Recently, we got a new phone but it's not working properly at all. Both Telus and Asurion are refusing to help us unless we pay another $800 for a replacement. I'm beyond frustrated with this company, I'm tempted to take legal action but unfortunately, they're based in Nashville. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs!

When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all. They wanted to charge me a 30% fee to return it and the shipping costs were really high too. I'm feeling really let down as a customer and I won't be purchasing from this site again.
