I recently bought 2 frames and 1 liner from this store, and I have to say, I am super impressed with the quality. I loved the black frames I got from this place, they were top quality and exactly what I wanted. They looked and felt great, totally met my expectations. But I found it a bit confusing to decide on the glass and backing options. Even though the website had all the details, I still had a hard time choosing. It would be much simpler if they sold the frames with the glass as a package, would save us customers the trouble of ordering separately. But even with this little hiccup, I'm pretty happy with my purchase in general. I thought about getting the glass too, but I ended up being too lazy.

I ordered some custom frames back in August, but it wasn't until mid-November that everything was finally sorted out. It was a real mess dealing with them - they made a bunch of mistakes, didn't communicate well, and even left out some items. They really dropped the ball on this one. It took them forever to fix the order and they even sent the wrong size frame and plexiglass. It took over 3 months, but we finally got our correct order, although we didn't get anything to make up for the hassle. The cheap prices aren't worth all the trouble. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Don't bother spending your money on frames here, they're not worth it. The prices are way too high for the low quality you get. Plus, the people running the place were super rude and disrespectful. I recently ordered some custom picture frames from this store, but I wasn't completely happy with how things turned out. The first order took longer to arrive than I expected, so I had to make a second call to follow up. When the frames finally did arrive, one was missing back clips and another had cracked plexiglass. On top of that, two orders of accessories were missing, which made things even more frustrating. I sent an email and got a quick response, and the missing accessories were sent out right away. However, the clips were too small to properly hold the art and foam board in place. When I asked about this, they just suggested putting them in at an angle, which didn't fix the problem. Plus, the wire that was supposed to be included based on the online photo wasn't there either, and they said it was because of the frame size, even though they were just two feet by three feet. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the frames and accessories I received.

Floating frame purchase
I bought a floating frame from this store and was bummed out that it didn't come with any instructions on how to put the canvas in. It was annoying to get just four pieces of wood with no help on how to set it up. But after some searching online, we finally figured out how to attach the canvas and now the frame looks awesome. My husband had to use tacks to make sure it stayed in place.
Ordered frames, hardware missing
I've been getting frames from this place since the end of 2022, and every time, the hardware is missing. I have to wait for weeks for a separate package to come with the missing parts. It's really annoying to have a framed picture just sitting there because of missing hardware.
Frame order
I had a good experience when I first bought the frame - the sales team was helpful and got back to me quickly. But when I got the frame and plexiglass and backing, the hardware was missing from both packages. Even after contacting them a few times, I didn't hear much back about the missing hardware. They said they would send it again and it would arrive in a few days, but it's been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for the pieces to hang the frame.

I was so disappointed with the custom framing service I got. The quality was terrible and definitely not worth the price. I really think I could have done it better myself with some tools and time. And to top it off, the customer service was just awful. They wouldn't stick to their return agreement and made me feel like I got scammed. I suggest finding another place for custom framing services.
Frames
So my buddy who's all into art told me about this place and I was stoked to pick up some nice frames for my own pieces. Turns out, when I got them, they were in eight different pieces! Who's got time to assemble their own frames, eh? And they weren't even square! It took me forever to get my art in there, then I had to fix up the corners with caulk and paint ‘cause they didn't fit properly. Plus, they felt real cheap, like plastic or something. My pal's not gonna be recommending this place anymore, and neither am I.
