Returns & RefundsI was so disappointed with the custom framing service I got. The quality was terrible and definitely not worth the price. I really think I could have done it better myself with some tools and time. And to top it off, the customer service was just awful. They wouldn't stick to their return agreement and made me feel like I got scammed. I suggest finding another place for custom framing services.

Returns & RefundsI ordered a mirror frame and it was so disappointing. It was cheap and felt flimsy, definitely not worth the price I paid for it even after the spring discount. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all. They wanted to charge me a 30% fee to return it and the shipping costs were really high too. I'm feeling really let down as a customer and I won't be purchasing from this site again.
