DeliveryI've been getting frames from this place since the end of 2022, and every time, the hardware is missing. I have to wait for weeks for a separate package to come with the missing parts. It's really annoying to have a framed picture just sitting there because of missing hardware.

DeliveryI had a good experience when I first bought the frame - the sales team was helpful and got back to me quickly. But when I got the frame and plexiglass and backing, the hardware was missing from both packages. Even after contacting them a few times, I didn't hear much back about the missing hardware. They said they would send it again and it would arrive in a few days, but it's been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for the pieces to hang the frame.
