I can't believe how unprofessional and incompetent this company is. The surveys are so long and annoying, and I always end up getting error messages or getting disqualified halfway through. The point system is a total joke - it takes forever to earn enough points for a tiny reward. The customer service is terrible, with those automated responses that don't even solve the real problems. It's just a huge waste of time and effort overall.

I've spent over 15 hours talking to agents, being put on hold, talking to loyalty agents, and dealing with the service department just trying to cancel my expensive internet but keep my home phone. Can you believe they did the opposite and now I'm struggling to get my phone re-connected with no luck. Today alone, I wasted another 2.5 hours with no solution in sight. It's beyond frustrating and disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for so long. Telus, you really dropped the ball on this one!

Oh man, this place is a total disaster! I ordered my daughter's prom dress way back in April and it still hasn't been sent out. Her prom is coming up in a few weeks and I am so frustrated. The lack of communication and slow service is just not cool. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of ordering from this place.

Never buy anything with them and subscribe. Because when you leave they won't let you go. It been 1 year since i cancel my account and my deal with them and they refuse to let me go. Even when a blcoked their numbers and mails, they try to reach me by other mails and numbers and it been 1 YEAR. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
