    Bad experience with a faux leather jumpsuit

    I had a really bad experience with a faux leather jumpsuit that I spent a lot of money on. I only wore it a few times, kept it safe in its original packaging at home, and now the fabric is literally falling apart on its own. It's not just peeling off like they say, it's completely disintegrating. It's like pure oil! Sometimes products don't meet your expectations in terms of quality, and a brand like this should treat customers better when something like this happens. I called customer service hoping they would at least want to see it in person, but they didn't seem surprised at all. It seems like they train their customer service to just reject any complaints, even if it means losing a customer. I visited the store where I bought it and they honestly told me that their faux leather only lasts about a year! I thought I was doing them a favor by providing feedback so they wouldn't sell products that could let customers down, but it looks like they know about the poor quality of their expensive clothes on the shelves.

    I just wanted to say that I've been getting really amazing customer service from this company. Seriously, every time I talk to them, it's excellent. The people who work there always go the extra mile to help me out and make sure any problems get sorted out quick. They also keep me updated on everything that's going on. Thanks to their great service, I'm one happy customer.

    Security system fixed

    So, the other day I noticed my security system at home wasn't working properly. I gave 'em a call and a guy came over to fix it up real good. But then they ended up charging me for a battery replacement that wasn't even necessary! I had to sit on hold for a whole hour just to get it all straightened out. I'm not too pleased about the sketchy billing at all. Telus really needs to up their game!
