Customer service didn't really help much, just gave me some free months to try and keep me around, which felt kind of salesy. And then, to top it all off, there were some extra charges on my credit card with no clear reason why. They seemed more focused on getting that subscription fee than actually selling the products I got from their suppliers.

The guy who helped me, let's just call him Prince, was so nice and helpful. He really knew his stuff and made sure I had all the info I needed. Quick responses are so important when it comes to customers, and this guy totally nailed it!

My experience with the free trial was really not good. When I signed up, they wanted my credit card info right away, which made me suspicious. When I tried to cancel before the trial was over, they still charged me and mentioned their no refund policy. It was so annoying trying to cancel because they made it really hard. I wouldn't suggest you waste your time and money with this company.
