Quick resolution of query
The customer service rep I talked to, Leah, was super helpful and friendly. She really took the time to listen to my problem and went the extra mile to fix it. I really liked how dedicated she was and her great customer service skills. It totally made my experience with the company so much better and I would totally recommend them to others.
Subscription experience
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I got stuck in a yearly subscription without any heads up about it renewing. When I tried to cancel my account and remove my credit card info, I ran into some real roadblocks. Customer service didn't really help much, just gave me some free months to try and keep me around, which felt kind of salesy. And then, to top it all off, there were some extra charges on my credit card with no clear reason why. They seemed more focused on getting that subscription fee than actually selling the products I got from their suppliers.

My experience with the customer service team at Spocket was great. I had a chat with a rep named Marianne who was really helpful and knew her stuff. She sorted out my problem quickly and I was really impressed. It's nice to get such good and friendly service, especially when customer service isn't always the best. Super quick responses from customer service
Oh my gosh, you know what guys, I gotta tell you about the customer service at this place - it's seriously amazing! I sent an email with a question and got a super quick response. The guy who helped me, let's just call him Prince, was so nice and helpful. He really knew his stuff and made sure I had all the info I needed. Quick responses are so important when it comes to customers, and this guy totally nailed it!
Free trial experience
My experience with the free trial was really not good. When I signed up, they wanted my credit card info right away, which made me suspicious. When I tried to cancel before the trial was over, they still charged me and mentioned their no refund policy. It was so annoying trying to cancel because they made it really hard. I wouldn't suggest you waste your time and money with this company.
