My experience with this company was really disappointing. I got stuck in a yearly subscription without any heads up about it renewing. When I tried to cancel my account and remove my credit card info, I ran into some real roadblocks. Customer service didn't really help much, just gave me some free months to try and keep me around, which felt kind of salesy. And then, to top it all off, there were some extra charges on my credit card with no clear reason why. They seemed more focused on getting that subscription fee than actually selling the products I got from their suppliers.
