I bought a subscription as a gift for my buddy not too long ago and man, I gotta say, the customer service was a real letdown. I placed the order on December 2 and then, nada. No updates on when it would ship, even after I emailed them to follow up. Finally, on December 22, I got a notification that it was shipped, but obviously, it was way too late for Christmas. I'm done with this subscription and I would caution others to really think it over before buying from these guys. The lack of communication and not even explaining the delay was just not cool at all. It felt like they really didn't care about keeping their customers happy.

I had such an awesome time at the flight club! The customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience even better. The flight deals they have are seriously unbelievable, perfect for both spontaneous trips and those who like to plan ahead. I got locked out of my account by mistake and ended up creating a new one, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and fix the problem. They really showed that they cared about turning a bad situation into a good one.

So, I went out and got myself some fishing gear from Berkley not too long ago, and let me tell ya, I was blown away by how good the stuff was. The fishing line was tough as nails, the reels worked like a charm, and those soft baits looked so real, it was crazy. It's pretty clear that Berkley really knows their stuff and puts in the hard work to make products that us fisherfolk will love. You can bet I'll be coming back for more in the future, no doubt about it.

Just wanted to let you know that I ordered a lip kit from your store and the service I got was pretty disappointing. They sent me the wrong product and when I reached out to customer service to ask about it, they were kinda rude about it. The person I talked to said they were short on stock so they just sent me something else without telling me first. I felt kinda annoyed and unappreciated as a customer because of their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I was hoping for better from a well-known beauty brand.
