Purchased a security camera system
I gotta say, the security camera system I bought is missing some key features. First off, you can't change the red and blue lights on the cameras, which is pretty annoying. And after using it for a couple of years, I've noticed the app is getting super slow, which is a pain to deal with. Plus, it would be so much better if I could go straight from a notification on my phone to the recorded clip that triggered it. That would make monitoring way easier and improve the whole user experience. If they fix these issues and add those features, I'd have no problem giving this product a glowing 5-star review.
Replacement cameras
I just bought some new cameras from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down. The customer service folks were really helpful and friendly from start to finish. Since I'm not the best with technology, they took their time explaining everything to me so I could make sure I got the right stuff. My order came in quickly and the cameras were easy to set up - now my security system is good to go. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'd definitely tell other people to check out this company.
System reset issue
So, I had this really annoying situation where I was trying to reset the security system in my new place, but it just wasn't working. I ended up calling customer service for help, but the rep I got, Lucky, was a total jerk. He didn't even listen to what I had to say, just told me to go online and figure it out myself. He was condescending and even yelled at me before hanging up. I was so frustrated with how unprofessional and unsupportive he was.

I just picked up this new security camera system to replace my old ones from a different company. I haven't set it up yet, but when I did a test run, I was blown away by how clear and sharp the picture was. Can't wait to get it all installed and see how it works live. Remote home monitoring system
I bought this home monitoring system from the company and it's so handy to use! My husband, who's 75 and not great with tech stuff, has been able to use it easily on his phone to keep an eye on things while we're out. The setup was really simple and the system works great. It gives us peace of mind to be able to check in on our home whenever we want.
Purchased security camera system
I got the security camera system, but the app is full of bugs. It's really annoying when I can't view clips on one device even though they show up fine on another. The user interface is not the best, making me have to manually close out every time I delete a clip. The system settings are all over the place, with the back button randomly saying "discard" and taking forever to load. The motion detection works well, but the problems with the mobile app are a big problem.
Overpriced Purchase
I was totally thinking I was snagging a great deal, but turns out I ended up shelling out way more cash than if I had just gone somewhere else. The pricing was way out of whack, not even close to competitive. I was expecting more from a store that brags about having top-notch stuff. Next time, I'll definitely be more careful and do some digging before buying anything. Saying I'm disappointed doesn't even cover it.

Replacement DVR for older model CCTV system
I'm just so happy with the service I got from the company. My DVR crapped out on me, and I needed a new one for my old CCTV system. I jumped on the chat and gave them all the deets about my setup. The rep was super helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me find the perfect replacement. Ended up getting the new DVR they suggested, got it set up, and now it's working like a charm. 4 Camera system, NVR, wired
I just bought a 4 camera system with an NVR, all wired, and bullet cameras. I've been using it for two weeks now and I have to say I'm really happy with the product. The package was well packaged, arrived quickly, and no damage was seen. The quality of the NVR and cameras looks really good and sturdy, doesn't feel cheap. The instructions were easy to understand and follow, made for the regular user. Setting up the system was easier than I thought, especially with the app compatibility. I also liked having the cat5 wiring included. But, I found that making my own wires to length was tough than using the provided cables, since it made cable pulling hard due to bending in the shielding. The setup worked well with the app, but I did have trouble signing into my account on devices other than my phone.
Home security system
I had such a terrible experience dealing with customer service while trying to reset the password for my home security system. I called them three times, sent an email, and even used their chat feature, but all they did was give me a suspicious link that didn't work at all! They suggested I use an old computer to reset my password, but really, who even has an old computer lying around these days? Now I'm stuck with a security system that I can't even access, and I have to worry about previous homeowners spying on me. I reported them to the BBB so others don't get scammed like I did.
