Speaking to a human customer service representative
I was so happy with the service I got from talking to a real person at this company. It was nice not having to deal with those annoying automated phone menus or chatbots. I could explain my problem easily and get it sorted out quickly. It's such a basic thing, but lots of companies seem to forget about it when trying to save money. Talking to a real person made me feel important as a customer, and I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.
