Faulty camera unit replacement
I had to deal with a busted camera that needed fixing, and lemme tell ya, it was a total nightmare. It was just after the warranty expired, but Swann still replaced it for me. Potentially faulty item
I bought something from this company not long ago and it looks like there's something wrong with it. So, I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email, Instagram, and Messenger to sort things out, but it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they couldn't even help me change my shipping address. Like seriously, that's just not cool and pretty darn disappointing. If you're thinking about buying something from this company, I'd suggest checking out other options instead.
