Boire body wash and deodorant
This body wash from this brand is seriously amazing, eh? It smells so good and it totally helped clear up my acne, you know? Plus, the deodorant is fantastic - keeps me smelling fresh all day long, eh? I would totally recommend these products to anyone looking for top-notch body care stuff, for sure.
Bum Bum cream
Oh, what a letdown! I was so looking forward to getting my package, but when it finally showed up, the shampoo and conditioner were nowhere to be found. I tried contacting customer service through email and chat a bunch of times, but no one even bothered to get back to me. It's really too bad because I absolutely adored the Bum Bum cream. But with this kind of service, I definitely won't be shopping there ever again!
Perfume purchase
I recently bought a bunch of perfumes from this company and at first, I was really impressed with how good they were. But then things took a turn for the worse when they kept charging my card over and over without asking me. I tried to get in touch with customer service to stop these charges, but I never heard back from them. The third set of perfumes I got smelled awful, like pure alcohol, and I was so let down. This whole ordeal has really put me off and I won't be buying anything from them again.
Skin cream
I got this little sampler of skin cream as a present and it's amazing. I liked it so much that I ended up buying the full-size version. Right now, I'm using this cream called 'Bon Dia', and I'm a bit unsure about trying out any other ones because I'm worried I'll like them too much.
Online purchase, delayed shipping, good condition, free samples
I was kind of annoyed that my order took longer to arrive, but when it finally came it was all good. And guess what? They threw in some free samples! Can't complain about that. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience.
Shipping Issue
I bought something online that was supposed to come in 3 days, but the tracking says it got delivered earlier than expected. But, I never got it and I can't get a hold of anyone to help. I'm pretty let down and annoyed by how the company is handling things.
Skin-friendly product
As someone who deals with eczema and sensitive skin, it can be tough to find a product that actually works. But let me tell you, this product has really made a difference for me. Not only has it made my skin feel better, but it has also given it the nourishment and hydration it needs. I've tried a bunch of other products before, but none have worked as well as this one. I definitely suggest giving it a try if you have skin issues like mine.

Late delivery
Oh, what a nightmare, eh? I ordered my product over a week ago and it's still stuck in the warehouse. I tried contacting customer service, and all they gave me were excuses and vague promises. No refund, no updates, just like, waiting forever.
Lip balm, bum bum cream, perfume, mini body wash
I gotta say, I was super happy when my order showed up earlier than I thought it would. Let me tell ya, the stuff smells amazing. I got myself a lip balm, bum bum cream, perfume, and a mini body wash, and I gotta say, they're all top-notch in quality and smell great. I definitely recommend all of them!
Luxurious cream purchase
The customer service at this place is just terrible, I tell ya. I went all out and bought their fancy new cream, thinking it would be a nice addition to my skincare routine, but man, was I let down. Waited two weeks and didn't hear a peep about my order shipping out. Tried reaching out by email multiple times and even gave social media a shot. But no luck, not a single response. Feels like they just don't give a darn about us customers. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else, eh.
Variety of products
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company and let me tell ya, I'm pretty darn impressed. Shipping ain't the quickest, but I got some of my stuff earlier than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise. I've also bought some things from a different store so there are other options if you can't wait for shipping. The smells of the products are just amazing! But gotta say, they're a bit on the pricey side. I wish the lotion came in bigger sizes for the price. Anyways, the bigger sprays are reasonably priced and ya get a good amount of product. The scent sticks around for a good while and the products actually do what they say they will. Just tried out the new hair oil and it's fantastic! Leaves my hair all soft and shiny and lookin' good.
Perfume, lip balm, and after hours scent purchase
I absolutely love the perfume from this brand, it's so amazing! The scent lasts long and is just delightful. And don't get me started on the hydrating lip balm - it keeps my lips smooth and soft all day. Have you tried the new after hours scent? It's a total game changer, smells fantastic and stays on for hours. This brand has definitely become one of my favorites because of their top-notch products.
Leaky body wash
I'm so frustrated right now! No one is responding! The bottle I bought is leaking and now I can't give it as a gift. So annoying! 😡
Black Friday deal disappointment
I ordered a Black Friday deal from this company, but it never showed up. The delivery person said they dropped it off, but I live in a safe neighborhood and didn't see it anywhere. When I contacted customer service, they said it might have been taken and only offered me 30% back. I was really excited to test out their stuff, but this whole thing just left me let down and annoyed.
Fast delivery
I recently ordered something online and I was so surprised by how fast it got to me. I placed the order late one night on the weekend, and the next morning, there it was at my door. I haven't had a chance to check out the product yet, but if it's as good as the delivery, I'm sure it's gonna be fantastic.

I was really let down by my visit to that store. Even though I showed them screenshots of my bank statement and order confirmation, they said they couldn't find any record of my purchase. The customer service was no help at all and didn't even apologize, which left me feeling frustrated and like I wasted my money. I definitely won't be going back there.

I just want to say that I really love this brand's products. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and I'm totally obsessed with everything I've tried. The quality is amazing and I've never been let down by any of my orders. The customer service is great too, I've never had any problems with them.
Refund issue
It's really annoying when you order something online and things go sideways, especially when it comes to getting your money back. I had this one situation with a company where they cancelled my order and gave me a refund, but the money never showed up in my account. I tried contacting their customer service, but it took them more than a month to sort it out. I felt like I was being ripped off and I wasn't too happy with how everything went down.
Perfume purchase, leaked bottle
I was super pumped to get my hands on my order of two perfumes, but when I finally cracked the box open, I was bummed to see that one of the bottles had leaked all over the place. Like, seriously, a good chunk of the scent was wasted. I tried hitting up the customer service team a few times through email, hoping for some kind of fix, but sadly, crickets. It's just annoying when you shell out your hard-earned cash on something, only for it to show up busted and no one from the company helps out. Looks like my daughter's gotta hunt for a new perfume now.
