I just bought something from this site and I agree with what other folks have been saying - the dates on the stuff aren't expiration dates, they're when the products were made. The website was really easy to use, prices were good, and my order came super quick. I'll for sure be buying from here again. I did see some worries about credit card security, so I suggest using Apple Pay for a safer payment. It's almost 2024, let's keep things current!

This company is such a scam, eh? Taking advantage of people like my poor ol' mom who just wanted to see Keith Urban in Ottawa. She was looking for tickets at a fair price, but ended up getting slammed with crazy fees that made the bill three times more than expected. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they priced the tickets in American dollars! Can you believe it? And when we asked for a refund, they hid behind their dumb policies. It's just not right. We're thinking about taking legal action to stand up for our rights as customers.

I recently bought the Little Twin Stars Collection when it came out, but I gotta say, I've been super disappointed with how things went down. I never got any shipping notice for my order, and when I tried to ask about it, they said my package had been delivered - but I never got it! I've been trying to get some help for more than a week now, but the customer service has been no help at all. I spent more than $100 on this collection and other stuff, and all I'm getting in return is frustration and no real support. Return Trouser Refund
Customer service was terrible when I tried to get a refund for these pants I sent back. I've been trying to get a hold of them by email and phone but they're not answering at all. I even went to the Financial Ombudsman to try and fix things. It's so disappointing that a brand I liked let me down like this. I'm for sure not buying anything from them again.
