Afterpay payment issue
I just bought something on your website for the first time and I had some trouble using the Afterpay payment option. The site was a bit slow, and every time I tried to pay, my info kept getting cleared out. After a few tries, I finally managed to finish the purchase. I got the invoice by email, but it didn't have my apartment number, so the package ended up outside in the wrong spot. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful. They were super nice and quickly gave me a refund when I didn't get my stuff.
Eyebrow pencil
I just bought an eyebrow pencil that I can never find in stores near me. I saw a great deal online and thought why not. The whole buying process went really well, no hiccups there. They were quick and nice in helping me out, and my order arrived safe and sound pretty fast. The prices were fair, especially with the discounts they had going on. Overall, I was pleased with everything and will for sure shop there again when I need more of my eyebrow pencil.
Lipstick purchase
Oh my goodness, I just have to tell you how much I adore their lipstick! It's honestly the best, like I've been using it for years and I'm still in love with it. The quality is amazing and they have such a great selection of cute colors. And they've been in the game for so long, you know they're reliable. But seriously, their lipstick is fantastic!

Oh man, this lipstick is amazing! The texture is so creamy, the colour is exactly like what you see in the tube, and it stays on all day without having to constantly reapply. I'm really impressed with how good this product is and I'll definitely be buying more of them in the future.
Swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from this store not too long ago, but when I tried it on at home, it was the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could exchange it for the right size, only to find out that they didn't have it in stock. On top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund either. Even though they had the right size listed on their website, they claimed it didn't even exist. It was pretty annoying to be misled like that, and it definitely soured my whole shopping experience with them.
Liquid lipstick and eyeliner
I gotta say, this website is a total disaster. I made two orders, but when I go to see my order history, it's empty! Can you believe it? I've had to reach out to customer service three times to fix it, but they keep saying it's good to go when it's really not. Plus, the shipping is so slow, all thanks to FedEx. My stuff still hasn't arrived, so I can't even comment on the product quality. Overall, this whole thing has been a huge headache and I won't be shopping with them again.
Little Twin Stars Collection
I recently bought the Little Twin Stars Collection when it came out, but I gotta say, I've been super disappointed with how things went down. I never got any shipping notice for my order, and when I tried to ask about it, they said my package had been delivered - but I never got it! I've been trying to get some help for more than a week now, but the customer service has been no help at all. I spent more than $100 on this collection and other stuff, and all I'm getting in return is frustration and no real support. Feels like they're just trying to blow me off with those robot messages and not even dealing with my worries.
