I just booked a hotel with this company and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The website was easy to use and I snagged a sweet deal on a room for my next trip. Booking it was a breeze and I got a confirmation email with all the deets I needed. But, I did run into a bit of a snag when I had to switch up my reservation. I was stuck on hold forever before I could talk to someone which was a real pain. Still, I managed to sort it out in the end.

The customer service help I got with my new plan was amazing. In the past, I've had trouble understanding reps from other companies, but this time it was clear despite the accent. It was nice not having to ask what was said over and over or have difficulty getting my point across. The team was so efficient and professional, making everything easy and stress-free.

My time at Brookwood Medical was really disappointing. You see, the mask I ordered came with a filter missing, and that made it totally unusable. I tried reaching out by email, but got no reply at all. So, I had no other option but to pay another $10 to buy the missing filter separately. Now, I'm just sitting here waiting anxiously for it to arrive. The mask itself looks good quality, but the bad customer service really left a bad impression on me, eh.

I bought a swimsuit from this store not too long ago, but when I tried it on at home, it was the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could exchange it for the right size, only to find out that they didn't have it in stock. On top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund either. Even though they had the right size listed on their website, they claimed it didn't even exist. It was pretty annoying to be misled like that, and it definitely soured my whole shopping experience with them.

I had a bit of a breakdown with my old car, but luckily Dan, the mechanic, was there to help me out. He figured out the problem right away and got it fixed so I could get back on the road. I really appreciate his skills and how nice he was, and I think the RAC is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

And to add insult to injury, they send me a coupon for a lousy 10% off my next order, but it expires real fast and you can't even use it on the good stuff. Like, seriously? My experience with the email marketing platform has been super frustrating.
