Swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from this store not too long ago, but when I tried it on at home, it was the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could exchange it for the right size, only to find out that they didn't have it in stock. On top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund either. Even though they had the right size listed on their website, they claimed it didn't even exist. It was pretty annoying to be misled like that, and it definitely soured my whole shopping experience with them.

$1,300 jacket
I can't believe it, eh? I splurged on this pricey jacket and had to wait forever for it to ship. Then, I get an email saying it's not in stock and they canceled my order! Total rip-off. And to add insult to injury, they send me a coupon for a lousy 10% off my next order, but it expires real fast and you can't even use it on the good stuff. Like, seriously? I'm so over this site, they gotta up their game and actually have things in stock if they wanna sell online.

Weighted vest purchase
Oh my goodness, I got this weighted vest for working out and it's amazing! It feels like a hug while I'm doing squats and lunges. The fabric is really comfortable and it doesn't make me all sweaty like other vests I've used before. Best of all, it's adjustable so I can increase the weight as I get stronger. The really cool thing is that it makes my workouts more challenging and I can see myself getting stronger each time I wear it. I definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to step up their fitness game!

Denied boarding with correct paperwork
I was denied boarding even though I had all the right documents. I couldn't reach anyone for help and couldn't speak to a real person on the phone. I'm really upset about the terrible customer service and annoyed by the airline's lack of responsibility. I wish they would just go out of business.

PRVKE 31L and PRVKE 41L and WANDRD tech bags
My PRVKE 31L in Wasatch green is absolutely amazing, I've been using it constantly since 2019 for both work and fun. It's so convenient when I'm travelling, I can easily pack everything I need for a 3-4 day trip. The PRVKE 41L is also fantastic for longer trips. I recently purchased some tech bags and they have been an absolute lifesaver. The customer service was incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. You guys are awesome!
