    Missing item in order

    I recently bought something online and unfortunately, I didn't get one of the items in my order. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but I had a pretty bad time dealing with the person I talked to. I think their name was Jabulile. They weren't helpful at all and even questioned if I was telling the truth. It was hard to communicate because their English wasn't great. Even when I tried contacting a different email, I kept getting replies from the same person, which just made me more frustrated. It's not cool to get such bad customer service, especially from a big global brand like this. I hope they can do better in the future and make sure all customers have a good shopping experience.

    2 pairs of leggings

    I totally splurged on these two pairs of leggings and I was so stoked to finally get them in the mail! The shipping was surprisingly fast, which was amazing. But then, when I put them on, they turned out to be way too short. I was so disappointed because they were actually super cute! I tried shooting them an email to see about sending them back, but for some reason it keeps getting rejected. Totally not cool!

    Leggings return

    Today I went back to the store because I bought some leggings and later found them for way cheaper like WHAT! The employee Jessica was so helpful and nice, she fixed everything for me.     Recent pants purchase

    I recently bought a couple of pairs of pants from your store, really hoping for some good quality stuff. But man, on the first day wearing them, one of the pairs started falling apart at the seam. I decided to reach out to your customer service team to explain what was going on, offering to fix the pants myself. Still, I was hoping for at least a little money back for the pants being faulty. I was kind of bummed out when I found out that your company only does returns and not partial refunds. It's not cool - not only is it a hassle for the customer, but it's not so good for the environment either. Especially for items that can be easily fixed. Companies need to step up and take responsibility for the stuff they're putting out there and make sure it's good quality and sustainable.

Like, three of my recent orders either got stuck at the "Created" stage with no explanation or were just randomly cancelled without even a heads up. And the worst part is the lack of communication - no emails or updates, just total confusion. I even went for next day shipping, but what a waste, eh. The customer service team is no help at all and just plain rude. It's like they don't actually care about fixing things, just going through the motions, y'know? Definitely not shopping online here again, that's for sure.

I put in my order on a specific day, expecting it to show up in 4-5 days, but it never came. The tracking info they gave me was useless, just made me all confused and annoyed.     I just ordered something online, and let me tell you, the pickup at the store was a bit of a disaster. I checked the store hours on the website, but when I showed up twice to get my order, the place was closed. The second time was the worst - I came way before they were supposed to close, but the employee wouldn't give me my stuff even though I already paid for it. It was pretty annoying and now I'm feeling let down by the whole thing.

    I recently ordered something with express shipping, thinking I'd get it in 2-5 business days. But after two days of getting my order confirmation, I still hadn't heard anything about it being shipped. I reached out to their chat support to ask what was going on, and found out that the item was actually out of stock.     Cotton clothing search

    I was looking for some cotton clothes online and found this brand that said they sold cotton clothes. But, when I took a closer look, I saw that most of their clothes are actually made of plastic. I have sensitive skin, so I can't wear plastic clothes because of my skin issues. This is false advertising and really disappointing. The brand should be more honest about the materials they use in their clothes.

    Sizing, ordering process

    I bought something online not too long ago, and everything seemed fine at first with ordering and all. But when I got the package, the item was way bigger than expected. I ordered an extra small, but it was so big that it would even fit my mom who's a size large. It was disappointing and left me feeling like the size on the website was totally off.
