    Christmas gift purchase

    So, I did some Christmas shopping a while back and man, it was a disaster. The pants I got for my daughter just didn't fit right. I reached out to customer service in early January to try and return them for store credit, but it took them a painful 7 whole days to get back to me, and then they denied my request. I live in a pretty remote part of Ontario, so I like to start my gift shopping in November. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. It's pretty obvious to me that Frank + Oak's customer service has taken a hit since they went bankrupt in 2020 and got bought out by a new American company. Judging by recent reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who's noticed the drop in quality. Long story short, I'm steering clear of that store in the future.

    I placed two orders a few months apart, but neither of them ever got shipped to me. When I finally contacted them through email, they told me that the items were out of stock and had to get my money back. It's pretty disappointing to see such poor inventory management from a well-known company in this day and age.

    Missing item in order

    I recently bought something online and unfortunately, I didn't get one of the items in my order. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but I had a pretty bad time dealing with the person I talked to. I think their name was Jabulile. They weren't helpful at all and even questioned if I was telling the truth. It was hard to communicate because their English wasn't great. Even when I tried contacting a different email, I kept getting replies from the same person, which just made me more frustrated. It's not cool to get such bad customer service, especially from a big global brand like this. I hope they can do better in the future and make sure all customers have a good shopping experience.

    iCloud replacement

    I switched over from iCloud to this other service 'cause iCloud just couldn't handle the bigger files I was trying to upload, even though I had tons of space left. I figured I'd give this new service a shot, and it's been awesome so far. I get 5TB of room for a decent price, and it backs up all the folders I pick to a cloud drive automatically. The customer support has been super helpful, but I was kinda bummed to find out that Mac Time Machine Backups might not jive with their express drive deal.
